Taria explained in an earlier post that the RP starts off with one person, and over time more and more people are added to the RP. They requested 5 people make CS's and that the five of us vote on the person that starts off the RP. Everyone but you has a vote, so in order to figure out who starts it, it all rests on your shoulders.
