Kairon is very attractive. He stands 6 ft 3 in tall, and has a almost cheerful personality. Has long sandy blonde hair that he inherited from his mother. At first glance one could not even tell that Kairon was half demon, but if you looked at him long enough you could see his demonic side. His bright red eyes are one of the main things that gives it away. He also wears a long cape to conceal his demon tail. His long hair also mostly covers his horns, but they are still somewhat visible. Growing up in the forest kept him in top shape, muscles rippling out from under his armor. He has also accumulated a good number of scars in his time in the forest, but they only help his rogue like charm, and to top it off he has a grin that makes the ladies swoon. For the most part Kairon got his personality from his mother, attempting to be kind (sometimes too kind) to everyone. From his demon father, he mostly inherited his looks, and abilities.
Background: Kairon had always lived a cursed life. Being born to a demon father and human mother had cursed him, and made it so he would never be accepted into normal society.
Before he was born, his mother, Atala Amblecrown lived in a sleepy village of around 100 in the middle of Crystellia, far away from and large cities. The village almost never had any troubles, very few adventurers came through, and even less monsters or trouble came to the sleepy little town. The village lived in harmony until one fateful day.
A man, proclaiming himself to be a messenger of the lord of hell, came across this town and immediately wanted to control for his own evil purposes. The man, walking straight into town, demanded to see the town leader. The leader, a older man, who only had a limited knowledge of fighting went out to see the man. The man strode up to the leader and set up some demands for the town, in order to start slowly take it over. The first thing he demanded was a glorious castle to be built in honor of his name, something befit a king. The second thing he demanded was a tribute of food, a portion of each harvest to be sent directly to him. The third was a tax, levied on the town of any of their meager earnings they made, if they ever sent a caravan to trade with nearby towns. The fourth, and maybe most horrific was a tribute of slaves. The man demanded that the village send 20 woman and 10 men to serve him and his every whim. The final demand was to give him the title king, and anyone to address him by anything would be sentenced to any punishment he saw fit. He also demanded that they give him rule over all of the land they controlled and the right to do whatever he wanted to the town.
The village leader laughed in his face, saying that they would never give in to his preposterous demands and then spit in the man's face, before walking away. Swearing angrily at the town, the man walked away, unbeknownst to the villagers, planning to overthrow the town by force. For three days the man spent praying to his evil lord, praying for power and corruption to be sent upon the town. After those three days, the man walked back into the town and began chanting, once he started to gather a small crowd, the man finished his incantation. What happened next sealed the fate of the town. The man's body was ripped apart, summoning a demon in his place.
The demon then proceeded to wreak havoc on the town, killing most of the men and 'showing the women the pleasures of hell'. That day, the sleepy town of 100 was reduced to a mere 40. Most of which were woman and children. Once the demon finished with the town it disappeared leaving the destruction in its wake. The remaining people were set with the task of cleaning up and attempting to put their lives back to normal. A few days later, the women that were taken by the demon found out that they had become pregnant with the demons children. Among them was Atala. The grief of losing her newly wed husband, along with the news of pregnancy was almost too much for her, and she almost went insane from the grief. However she stuck it out, and became stronger from it. Many of the other women did lose their minds, however. There were mixed results, some of them took their own life to stop the baby from growing any further, some of them attempted to kill the baby and lost their own life in doing so. Out of all of them was Atala, who had decided to love the child as her own, saying to herself that if the gods willed it, then so it must be. Nine months later, she had the child, and before the few remaining villagers could taker her child away from her and kill it, she ran away into the forest, where she raised and nurtured the child with love.
The demon appeared to her in a dream, saying to her that because she kept the child, he would spare her life until he matured enough to leave her, and named the child Kairon. Over the years, Atala raised this child, teaching him to hunt and how to live life as a human would, all the while, her body deteriorating from the curse the demon put on her when he took her. On Kairon's 21st birthday, his father appeared to him, presenting him with a bow made from demon horn, a gift for him on the day he finally matured. His father also taught him about his special powers he acquired from his demon blood. The demon also told Kairon of the curse he put on his mother, one that would end her life that day. Before leaving, the demon took her soul with him, declaring it was time for them to leave. Kairon's mother then collapsed in his arms, dead. After burying her, Kairon set off, leaving the forest where he lived his life, to find his destiny.
