I just wanted you to know I hadn't forgotten about all y'all and I'm working on the post. Hour nap after work turned into a four hour mini-sleep and we were slammed today with no closer since they called off, so they had me stay later than I was planning (was sending PMs via phone earlier on my break).

Jane "War Mumma" Doe used to be Loyalist, she earnestly believed in what they were doing. Now she isn't much of anything, and doesn't believe in much of anything... that will happen when you dreams get incinerated in brief flash of light and giant mushroom cloud.

Her company had called themselves the 89th Cavalry, part of the old 10th Mountain. They'd just been some fools strapping armour to whatever wheels they could find or looting stuff from museums and playing at tanks. But it had worked, and her crew became a family and their old Sherman tank a home. That's where the stupid nickname had come from, the way she looked after her crew... a night on the piss near a tattoo parlour hadn't help her lose it either.

Then the blast came. It had been just a normal day, they'd stopped for break and she'd been the last one out, half way out the hatch when it happened. For a second she watched, watched her family burn to ash in an instant. That pause, only a second long was enough to scorch and singe her back before she dropped back into the safety of the tank. When it was over and she came out she saw everything was gone, Hatchet, her family, even her home was now a fused together lump of steel with 4 black shadows etched into it, and pieces of her inside.

So she started walking, to nowhere in paticular, it was always easy to find some trouble somewhere. Recently she found herself walking back along paths she'd already walked, to an old rusted lump of metal, with four black shadows.

Hey isn't my hp 11 I didn't think my luck modifier was in the negative.
Life has gotten so much more boring. Well I suppose it doesn't help if I say my only source of entertainment is YouTube and here. So yeah not much of interesting life going on.

8-9 is a -1 modifier, your luck is listed as 9 (unless I'm misreading something).

Well shit made an error on my stat calculation. I can't exactly ask for the stat to solely effect my luck or leadership. Although I wouldn't mind using a -2 conditional for my stat for blisters. I thought about switching the the negative to endurance but that won't help either. Starting to realize my stats are kinda shit for the way I'd want to play and I'm quite possibly the most easiest player to kill.... Shit.
Life has gotten so much more boring. Well I suppose it doesn't help if I say my only source of entertainment is YouTube and here. So yeah not much of interesting life going on.

Since you did transfer a former character, I can reroll your stats if you want... But yah gotta stick with the new ones if I do, for better or for worse.






Going to make a Degradation post either tomorrow night if I'm feeling up to it, or I'll try to do it Friday after work.

Uh... Sure why not if it hurts me it hurts me if it doesn't it doesn't. Although if it gets so bad it might as we'll mean the death of my character uh...... Reroll or just stick with old stats?
On second thought I might want to keep my stats but I would like there to be a way to improve them considering I'm the easiest player to kill off having 10 hp and all. But I'll need time.

Okay..... Final decision I'll roll for new stats. not sure I'm gonna be lucky though. Okay never mind I don't even know what I want to do with my stats anymore. In one direction it could be majority worse and I could end up getting my character killed or they could possibly better to compete with an elite soldier. God someone decide for me.

Okay I finally made my decision. I'm keeping my stats but I want to change one of my mutations. I'm removing second liver for night vision. +2 to perception at night and -1 during the day. Although there is a weakness conditional stat that lasts for how long you feel fit. I receive a negative 3 to my perception total if I am blinded for a moment. For example if someone were to suddenly flash a light in said characters eyes taking time to adjust will cause the -3 to happen.

Was going to start working on the post earlier today, but our truck load came late/one of my coworkers has pancreatitis, so I have to cover his shift tomorrow/Monday even though I was supposed to be off. I got a shit ton of homework due on Tuesday, so I gotta haul ass with that/it takes priority.

Next expected post will best case scenario be Wednesday evening (I should have time to begin work on it then), but I probably won't be able to get it up until maybe Thursday evening or Friday Afternoon. Apologies in advance, folks. :(

Aight, back.

It seems I'll probably be switching majors (and schools) to the local CC in order to get an AAS in welding or electronic technologies (E.G. "Electrician Apprenticeship with modeling/coding emphasis") instead of working on that BS in Engineering. At least in the short term.

Maybe I'll go work on an oil rig for a bit since the pay is pretty good for those here in the Midwest.

Hmm, so after that fight Wyviera was in, I'm considering giving all PCs an additional 5 HP to try and compensate their survivor/"PC" status, and potentially reducing the HP on grunts a bit. Then again, most PCs aren't supposed to be very powerful, so perhaps the +5 to HP should be a gang-specific bonus (and a further incentive to join one, maybe with a +1 to AB as well)? It would make sense for your average Joe to get their shit kicked in by a raider brute (especially in melee combat), but Wyviera is -supposed- to be a trained gang member, not an average Joe.

Thoughts? I'm more keen on the "HP bonus specifically for gang members" idea atm unless there's a legit argument for everyone getting it/no-one getting it. Other things I considered were gang members getting two additional starting skills, or perhaps not having the endurance drain affect their AB over time.
