P.S. Flight sergons actually dont do much in the way of piloting, they just stabilize the patient with emergency corrective surgery in transit to the hostpital. It is true though, that many do take flying lessons simply because they are frequently working in a flying vehiceal. that last part is just sort of common sense.

@ kit if alot of people start to join i may need another gm to help things to go keep the RP going at a steady pace but as it is now it wouldnt make to much of a dif. let me know if you want to gm part time with me and we can start off fast but it wont hurt if you just want to RP and not worry about all the responsibilities.

no the captian is the chief of that position since it falls under Misc. ship ops. While this isn't technically a "set" field, it basically holds any jobs that have to do with controling operations on the ship not covered by other fields.

Sec. Chief gets +4 to endurance and +6 to distribute along with starting 25 (31 to distribute) They get Combat training perk which allows them to do +20% Damage to target with all weapons. (including HtH)

Pilot get +2 to finess and +3 to distibute (+ start 25 = 28 + 2 to finess) They also get the pro-pilot perk which allows them to easily pilot most vehicals (even improvised ones)

Oh ya, did i mention you guys can make practicaly any vehical you want provided you have the parts and the skills? just think, you can have a gaint combat suit following you around after a while piloted by your good buddy. (of course THAT will take some time, and a lot of resources but having something like that hanging around dealing out mega damage and taking anything that comes back would be well worth the wait.) of course by then you might be ready to create a new makeshift space ship to leave but still, the option is there, and that is far from what you can make.

Bio: Born and raised on an industrial world , in with in the 5% of the corporate nice sector, she lived a life of luxury and strict family values, one of those values was training in marital arts and combat as her entire family had served the forces.

At High School she was the idol, the one that everyone wanted to be with or be like. Her popularity came from her ability in both sports and academics, halfway through her freshman year she met a human by the name of Hurati, and found him interesting even though he was looked down upon because of where he was from Mizuki decided to befriend him and this pretty much guaranteed Hurati a comfortable high school life.

Having gotten into the military academy Mizuki proved to be up to the challenge surpassing everyone she worked with in the Security department and her ability to gain trust and loyalty from her colleges meant she was the first to be called when they were looking for a chief of Security for the ISS Venture, when asked if she could recommend a pilot she got in contact with Hurati.

Bio: Hurati grew up on an industrial world, where only 5% of the planet was the corporate 'nice' sector. He originally lived in the industrial areas with his family, until after testing for High Schools, it was discovered that he had a much higher potential if he was better educated. He was shipped off to the corporate sector and went to a private High School that was paid for by government grants.

He didn't really fit in as he still sometimes slipped into a language that the others had not been taught, and things were very tough for him. He took to flying a small shuttle that he was allowed to use, not only to get away but to save up some money for any future he might have. half-way through his freshman year, he met the daughter of an esteemed family. Her name was Mizuki Draven and they hit it off almost right away. The friendship allowed him to keep carrying through the duration of High School and finished it at the head of the class.

He went to a Pilot academy and excelled there too, staying there and graduating with the 'senior' group at the head of their class, after only one year at the academy. Upon graduation it looked as if he would just take a job piloting cargo from planet to planet, when his friend Mizuki called him. She was going to be a security chief on the ship 'I.S.S. Venture and they needed a good pilot. Hurati jumped at the chance to pilot an exploration vessel and to work with his friend, after a couple of days interviewing (and demonstrating his skills) he was appointed to the position of pilot on the ship.

Inventory: Jumpsuit (can be vacuum sealed), gloves on his belt, magnetic-lock boots, small 32. revolver in his right boot, 18 rounds of ammo, and a lighter.
