Mutant's Eden (Superhero rp)

[Amaranis A'daragon]

Humanity has taken it's next step in evolution, some say. Others say it is a freak occurance, one that will die out if they are exterminated. Politicians argue over the future and potential of these 'freaks', but several rise up to take the future into their own hands.

A group of like minded mutants got together, and decided to found their own school outside of the major cities, out in the middle of nowhere Montana. It took only ten years for that 'nowhere' to turn into a small metropolis of its own. The city -now called Eden- became a place of acceptance for all walks of life, and all mutants.

Scenario

You are a mutant, getting your first orientation at the school of Eden. Wether you are from a family of mutants or a 'freak' born from two normal people and shipped off, you were accepted to help cultivate your power and help the world.

However, there is word that both anti-mutant extremists and a group of mutants with world domination on the mind both have their eyes on the school.

Powers

Your powers manifested some time in late adolescence, or early teens. After living with your newfound power for a few years, you are sent to Eden to learn how to better control it.
Elemental, physical and mental are how the powers are broken up. Modifier for your power will be determined by the dm.

The accident was just another accident, slippery roads, an exhausted truck driver trying to deliver his chemical load in time to see his own family... and her parents car. The paper's said it was a miracle, that she must have been thrown clear of the wreck and fire that consumed everything else, Reylena doesn't care to remember much. The doctor's said the chemical's in the tanker bleached her hair and it was just burst blood vessels in that caused her eyes to go red, it would go back to normal in time. But it didn't, her hair colour didn't come back, her hair didn't grow at all.

Constantly reminded of her loss every time she looked in the mirror or was mocked by someone at school or on the street for the way she looked, she decided to end it one Friday night.... and spent the weekend hanging from a noose until the rope finally broke free. Doing some research she found a place with other's who were 'different', like she was, and packed her bags.

Thing is, while she might be a bit self-absorbed and selfish, perhaps even a bit spoiled at times, she is alright for the most part because most of whatever she had, she made herself. Not out of need, just that for as long as she can remember, she enjoyed making things with her hands, always building things with lego, magnetix, from there wood and plastic, effectively whatever she could get her hands on.
When she was around the time of getting GCSEs though, Her scores suddenly went from above average, to near enough if not perfect, passing them with flying colours and tests afterwards, all the while T+D work was being handed in faster and faster, until you could come in the next day and she would have it finished. Naturally that attracted the attention of the school, they found this power was enough to classify her as a mutant, and thus she has ended up in the school.

Sadly it didn't turn out well for him or his friends, as they learned the hard way about who they were pranking and Jack got the better end with having his soul removed and turning into a will 'o wisp. After some time, Jack found the body of a scarecrow, using the uniquely made skeletal structure to allow him to move and stay perfectly inside of a lamp, where he covers up with a carved to allow him to see and light up the space around him. This allows him to burn his more vengeful side, his spiritual flames flaring up whenever he is ready to duke it out, but he always remain to his core of using his wits to get him out of a sticky situation. After pretty much helping out in his town and realizing that he can't do anything at his old school since he died during the middle of his year, he hears about this school and gets transferred there so he can make up his lessons and also learn new things as well!

For example, if one of the popular girls thought something regarding a TV show, Claire would go up to her later and comment on said TV show. Claire became a part of the "It crowd" very quickly. She was happy, but most importantly her parents were happy. Claire was very anti-social as a child, and they were ecstatic that she had friends. Claire's telepathy had come naturally, but she was using it too much. At first she had control over it, she picked when to use it and who to use it on, however, with the constant use, her power overpowered her. One day she could hear everyone's voices, and they were loud. No matter what she did, she couldn't block them out. The voices were too much. So, she snapped. She screamed and everything around her shook. Books were flying off desks, lockers in the hallway flew open, and so on and so forth. After her little moment, she fainted and woke up in a hospital. She stayed there for about a week, and then returned to school. And just like that, everything was gone. Everyone thought of her as a freak, she lost her popularity and friends. Ever since then Claire has become more anti-social than before. She has stopped talking. She can still hear people's thoughts, but she tries to block them out as much as she can. Her parents, wanting the best for her sent her off to Eden to try to get help.

Invulnerability and regen do go hand in hand, so ill allow those. Two restrictions: you cannot instantly recover from everything (minor cuts and bruises would be fine, but not things like dismemberment). Second, like Wolverine, you lose your head, your dead. Your not Deadpool. (How Deadpool can survive that shit ill never know). Though, adding his whole 'regeneration is fueled by his food intake' might be implemented.

That's kinda what I'm having some problems with figuring out what to do for piles, but at the very least two of those powers could be explained easily, like he's using his own soul to create fire to not only light himself up and possibly make himself looking like ready to throw a screaming pumpkin towards anyone, but also can light up his straw to throw at anyone, or light up places for a bit, or even set his own fist on fire should he so desires.

- Viney Body is probably how he needs to move, using vines from the pumpkin to enable his body to actually move... and make fight with, using those thorny vines to slash people up besides his sickle, or maybe fuck with nubby thorns... it's not like that straw is going to be comfortable screwing with.

- Soul-ar Powered... Take a good look at that pun and just think about it for a second. Well, beyond simply keeping his body afloat, he could possess other smaller objects and control them before having to return to his new body.

At the very least with his skeletal structure is built and what is made out of, plus despite the picture, he is packing quite the straw under there, so having him take some hits should buy him time before he goes down and has to repair. As for how to kill, try using how the Elder Scrolls deal with wisps, with silver, enchanted, demonic, hand-to-hand, or magic! If there's going to be any villain with magic, there you go. After all: Magic must defeat magic... except when using your bare hands or items that are demonically enchanted silver..
