Pokemon Hentai Game update (Jan 31, 2016)

Dunno if this will help anyone out, but an artist named akai actually made all 151 pokemon sprites. Props totally go to him btw. Think they may be really good as reference material on some of the harder to draw pokemon. At least for some good ideas. Take a look:

I was really impressed with how several of the pokemon were created and they made for some awesome ideas. Especially some of the more difficult ones like electrode, paras, ect. Again, big props to akai, they look cool. Hope they give some people some good ideas.

Oh when you are testing things you don't need to actually post there is a preview button you click and above the post your typing will be your post as it will look to everyone else, plus you can do multiple spoilers on one post by hitting enter and adding new spoiler thanks to a Mod showing me that.

Oops... In that case I'll try the method with img instead of url, and that will speed things up a lot so long as it works. So everybody knows I'm only starting to work on the horny pose for Meowth today, I got distracted by other games and stuff. I'm also questioning if I should shade or not, on one hand things would be much faster if I only colored, but on the other hand it would make things even faster and easier for Humbird0 if I could shade well enough myself. What do you guys think? I want to contribute to the game as much as I can, but my effort will be wasted and my progress is slowed down if I shade and said shaded pictures are never used. Should I bother shading?

I've started taking an online class in Inkscape game art, and though most of the initial material is just review, he did point out a few special effects I either wasn't aware of or didn't know how to use. So as an experiment, I tried out a few of the new techniques on this pose of Goldeen. Adding a blur to her color patches really makes a difference on the transitions between colors, although it does alter the colors of nearby lines a bit and pushes some extra color a few pixels outside the shape. Shouldn't be too much of a problem at present resolutions, but if it does get to be a problem I can take it out and try more selective blurring in the bitmap. Also adopted a more subtle color palette than the other colored version, as that one hurts my eyes. Went with a mix between original Goldeen art and real-life Koi fish. Was trying for a "cream" color with the skin, but I think it ends up being more flesh tone.

I will be attempting to shade this later on. But I'm open to suggestions on the color palette.

I would say shade if you want to, otherwise leave it flat colors. I'm doing just flat colors for the moment but I intend to get into shading later on to create more finished work. I plan to make my own games later on, so this is good practice for me ^_^ if that isn't your thing just make work that will be relatively easy for him to shade later.

Bulbasaur: I feel uncomfortable with those nipples, try with a dark green but different that the one used un the skin stains.
Golem: I am the only one that sees that skin purple? The original has a pale brown skin I think.
Sandslash: try adding some reflection to the eyes, she seems souless right now.

Yeah usually Golem tends to have more of a greyish-brown color to their more... uh, I'm not even sure what that is. Seeing the purple skin just made me do a double take on it, and then again I don't like lizans to begin with, so there's that.

Just some random two cents here. But why not include a Shiny Pokemon? And use that Pokemon Professor Blog to say about it, like Porygon. As you could always just call it "Shiny XX" So would just mean a new pokemon/subclass for that particular pokemon. If you have two variations which you like, or feel color may be better?

Doesn't mean much extra work to me, where I do my coloring in inkscape. Once the shapes are made, it's a matter of minutes unless I can't find color combinations I like. Still means extra shading work for humbird unless I can start turning out game-ready shaded and shined work straight from inkscape. I'll wait on Humbird's decision on this but I'd be happy to pop out some "shiny" versions of the morphs I color.

personally I like them the way they are.... well plus the shanding done by humbird later. but what does the opinion of a no name lurker matter.

... I can definitely say that's a very much WIP drawing and can use some improvements to get another potentially sexy bird. I don't know why, but the beak looks awkward like that at the end, just having that jut up like so, then again I need to look at Fearow's beak to make sure it does that...

And no it doesn't. Then again, trying to make Fearow into a sexy anthro is going to be a pretty hefty job, it's not one of the more prettier bird in the game, so I wish you the best on coming up with something good!
