Æsa smied as she rubbed the soreness from her shoulder, circling the guard as she weighed him up. The man had not hesitated to go for his weapon and she doubted she could keep it sheathed for the duration now that his guard was up. Taking a few steps back cockily as she turned her back on him, placing her hands against the wall of her cell.

She had misbehaved enough, stood her ground, marked her territory. She knew what would be coming, attacking a guard meant some reprisal, she paid it gladly.

Seeing how Meg isn't faring well in this fight and she is damn sure not going to be using her teasing on this fight, she is all the desperate to get at this woman, slice her clothes off and just leave her as is now. Her blood is boiling with rage, despite this being freaking practice. She isn't sure why, possibly having her ass handed by someone of her own gender just triggers something in her mind and she isn't liking it one bit. Hissing at Sonya, Meg leaps forward in an attempt to pin her, remove the damn sword, strip her down and call it a match before she humiliates herself any further like that one girl in the other match going on.

Katherine chuckled, more than used to the stares of men and especially soldiers. At least Muutus was being polite about it, something Kat would bring into consideration if he ever was to ask, like all men eventually did. "That could explain us missing each other maybe.." She said, slightly distracted by both of the fights. "Yea I think I will go fetch her, I don't want someone using the goods before I get to fight it." She had figured that the girl was a slave that was going to be forced to fight for the crowds but training her seemed like a waste of time. She'd have almost no motivation to fight, let alone apply anything she learned, a waste of everyone's time, except Katherine's. She was going to get a good fight out of her before moving onto others. "I'll assume she's dangerous and might try to kill me. I certainly hope she doesn't, for the sake of your roving eyes." She teased as she walked towards the jail. Whoever the girl was, she had Katherine's pity but not her sympathies. She was here to fight, train gain fame, money and everything else, and nothing would get in her way.

Meg + Sonya

Sonya switches to defense, delays attack.
Meg grappled: 12+1=13. Sonya breaks grapple: 4+2=6, fail.
Meg attacks clothing. Sonya defends: 8+4=12.

Meg jumps onto Sonya, pinning her to the ground. Sonya struggles to get free, but is unable to. Meg then uses her claws to try and shred Sonya's clothes, but Sonya struggles under her, not letting her get a solid hit, only getting a few cuts on her top.

HP: Sonya 12/14, Meg 4/12.

Layla + Ginna

Layla attacks: 9+1=10. Ginna dodges: 13+3=16. Ginna dodges the attack.
Ginna attacks: 6+2+1=9, misses. Layla counter attacks: 4+1=5, miss.

Layla takes a swing at Ginna, making her dodge back. When Ginna goes in for another attack, she misses, and Layla goes on the offense again. Ginna feels the wild swing go wide, and they square off again.

HP: Ginna 14/14. Layla 7/14.

Muutus

Muutus laughs a bit at Katherine's comment, keeping his eyes on the match. The girls who were losing seem to be getting a second wind, giving their opponents a bit of a hard time. Getting a good feel for what they need to work on, he waits to see how the trained women will handle their enraged opponents.

Aesa + Katherine

As Aesa seems to submit, the guard approaches cautiously. He grabs hold of one of her arms, pulling it quick behind her back and pinning her to the wall. He then starts shackling Aesa, and leading her out towards the yard.

As Katherine enters the school, she sees a mildly injured guard leading a shackled woman out into the main hallway. Her clothes look intact, and the guard looks like he definatly had a rough time. He looks at Katherine as he walks in her direction.

"This Nordaugh bitch tried to jump me right when I opened her cell. Dont know what I should have expected from this savage, but that wasnt it."

[Soru]

Sonya grunts as she's pinned down by Meg and struggles to keep herself from being harmed by her, however she doesn't really realize that Meg is going for her cloths as her top starts to get tears in it from the cat girl's claws.. "What is with you?! Why are you so ticked?!" Sonya yells at her as she tries to break Meg's hold on her.

Dropping under the blow to lash out but hit nothing but air she rolls away helping to avoid Layla's counter but causes her own to miss. pulling herself back up to a ready stance she smiles at her foe. "Better, but you still need practice. Did you spend your days being coddled?" she smirks and drives back in ready to strike at Layla harshly to inflict pain upon the girl.

Meg succeeds at getting on top of her opponent and she has a vicious grin on her face. Finally, she feels rather powerful at the moment after those harsh blows, and she swipes away. Although the damage is rather minor, seeing the flesh of her victim underneath her is getting her heart racing with excitement. Such perfect flesh, just something that is ripe to swat at, see the flow of blood seeping out and to let them feel exposed and weak while she overpowers her prey. She can even her heart beating in her head over how much adrenaline she is feeling right now. This bitch is hers, and she wants to get her crying out for mercy! Meg hisses as she once again slashing away at Sonya's clothes, using all she has in her to keep the woman down before she achieves her goal.

Layla takes a moment before continuing her wild assault. She can't erase what happened earlier, and she knows she doesn't stand a chance against trained warrior, but all the same, she wants to get at least one solid hit to prove to everyone...and more importantly, to herself...she's not entirely hopeless. "Sort of. I wasn't supposed to be a warrior, I've never been trained how to fight."

Æsa winced slightly as her arms were wrenched behind her back and she felt the familiar embrace of iron shackles. She made the guard push her the whole way, taking a few steps then stopping and making him push her again, all the while cursing him loudly in her own language. She called him everything she could think of, even suggesting he took it up the ass, not caring if he understood it.

She glared with hate at the Imperial woman who came walking up to converse with the guard.

"Hure," She spat at the woman's feet.

Katherine grinned wide, knowing she was going to enjoy this girl a lot. She didn't react to the spitting insult, knowing she'd have plenty of time to work the girl over for her transgression in the ring and that giving the girl any satisfaction of a reaction wouldn't gain herself anything. She was less impressed with the guard who had clearly had a hard time despite being armed. "I think the problem was that you didn't expect anything. Put her in the ring, Muutus wants me to fight her personally and It might be interesting to watch so you know what to do next time. Slave!" She said, now addressing the Nordaughen girl. "Do you have the ability to speak and or comprehend what I'm saying? All I want you to know that I will teach you respect or pain." Staring the beast girl in the eyes as she repeated the words her father had said to many rebellious soldiers in the past. He had taught her about discipline and she would apply it, in the ring and outside of it.

Æsa waited for the Imperial to stop posturing about, refusing to give any sign she understood or was intimidated. When she came closer to match her stare, Æsa gobbed up another ball of spit and spat in her face, laughing after she did so.

[Amaranis A'daragon]

Meg + Sonya

Meg attacks Sonya's clothes: Nat 20. Clothes shredded.
Sonya breaks grapple: 16+2=18. Meg keeps her pinned: 15+1=16, both fighters are on the ground.

Meg goes into a frenzy, her claws ripping all of Sonya's clothes to shreds. Sonya then musters her strength, and pushes Meg off of her.

HP: Sonya 12/14, Meg 4/12.

Layla + Ginna

Layla attacks: 7+1=8, miss. Ginna counters: 6+2=8, miss.
Layla attacks: 15+1=16. Ginna dodges: 7+3=10, grazed. Damage: 1d6+1=2÷2=1
Ginna attacks: Nat 1. Roll to recover: 10+4=14, still on your feet, weapon falls 5 feet forward.

Layla and Ginna both take a swing at each other, both avoiding each other's strikes. Then Layla lands a light blow on Ginna's off handed arm. Then Gina goes for a swing, but her weapon slips past Layla.

HP: Ginna 13/14, Layla 7/14.

Muutus + Katherine + Aesa

The guard nods at Katherine, and escorts the two of them to the ring. As they get there, Muutus turns to face them. Katherine and Aesa get a good view of the fights, but his eyes are glued on Aesa.

"Glad you decided to join us. Seems you gave my guard a hard time. Maybe I should just destroy this after all."

Muutus reaches into his tunic, and pulls out a medalion that Aesa instantly recognizes: it was the golden medalion her father wore when he was killed!

"I bought this from your last owner. I can keep it...or you can try to earn it from me. Show me your strength. If you fail, this will be gone forever. Do we have a deal?"

Keeping the smirk on her face, Meg eagerly tears into Sonya's clothes and frees her of those restrictions, now just leaving her to pin her down and making her submit. However before she can do that, she gets pushed off and lands close, getting her to scramble back onto her. She's not going to let her get away, getting the catgirl to jump back right onto Sonya and hissing at her "Submit!" before getting her claws out for another strike. Even if she can't kill with these, causing some damage to her body should be enough along with pinning her down and making her squirm is all that she wants to win this match.

Ginna hisses at the small bruise before growling and going all out. "Nice strike. Pity I'm going to finish this little warm up now." Circling and striking testing Layla's defense with fake uncommitted strikes only to pull away before making them completely until eventually coming to to strike hard and fast hoping to end this quick now.

[Reaver]

"Oh she's going to fail!" Laughed Katherine coldly as she picked up a short-sword and a rectangle tower shield (Scutum) after wiping the spit off of her face. Defiance was one thing, disrespect was another, and Katherine wouldn't tolerate that. Before they could have been fellow fighters only separated by their stations, but now they would take defined roles in their relationship and Kat planned to be on top. The short-sword was double-edged and had a good balance to it, just a bit on the heavy side, the way she liked it. The shield was one familiar to anyone that served or trained with the legion, tall enough to only leave the feet and head slightly exposed and wide enough to cover half of the body. "If, no when I beat her I would like to keep her medallion as a souvenir, Muutus. Also does she have a name? I'd like to know who I will be fighting" Asking as she wrapped a leather belt around her waist to keep her shirt from fluttering.

With her preparations done, Katherine stepped into the ring and turned to wait for the slave-girl to step into the ready. She kept her shield and sword up, prepared for the possibility that the girl would fly into the ring swinging.

Æsa stood transfixed by the medallion dangling from Imperial's hand, feeling the rage and humiliation rising up inside her. She resisted the urge to attack him, to leap upon him and fight tooth and nail, but she knew to do so was foolish, vain and futile, costing her life.

She kept her eyes locked on the ground as she was unshackled and her 'Master' explained his deal. She knew it was no deal at all, stay under his thrall or lose the last of her heritage and risk worse in the future, but what could a slave hope for.

Seeing the Imperial woman already in the ring waiting she approached the weapon rack beside it, taking a small shield and wooden gladius like the woman. With her guard up and the larger shield, Æsa knew it would be pointless to attack first so instead of charging she just walked sullenly in the ring, looking disinterested. Once the gap closed she tossed the toy sword between them lethargically, spitting on it also and she slightly turned on her opponent.

She hoped to lull the woman into a sense of over confidence or make her think she wouldn't fight and drop her guard to complain to the man again. That was when she would make her move, lunging forward and to shield side, using her own shield as a ram and weapon to punch, strike and batter.

[Soru]

Sonya's eyes widen in surprise and shock when Meg tears at her cloths instead of her flesh, which is probably a good thing but also embarrassing. "You bitch!" Sonya yells at Meg before managing to push her off in anger. She readies her sword and decides to end this now. "I was going easy on you, but now I'm going to end this!" Sonya charges at Meg, intent on finishing this battle now.

Even if it wasn't comparable in strenght to the blow she ha suffered, Layla is glad she has managed to touch her opponent at all. She steps back to give her a chance to retrieve her dropped weapon, even though she will regret it in a moment. "I don't suppose I can surrender now, can't I?" Layla shifts back to a more defensive stance, wanting to prolong her inevitable defeat for as long as possible.

Meg + Sonya

Meg grapples: 16+1=17. Sonya breaks grapple: 7+2=9, Sonya is grappled.
Meg attacks: Nat 1. Sonya will roll: 17+1=18. Meg unintentionally releases grapple.

Meg once again manages to pin her opponent, and goes on the offensive. However, as soon as she goes in for the 'kill', Sonya bucks her hips, off balancing Meg. This causes Meg to fall forward, smashing her breasts in Sonya's face. However, Sonya quickly recovers, and throws Meg from on top of her.

HP: Sonya 12/14, Meg 4/12.

Layla + Ginna + Muutus

Layla surrenders, and the healer throws a rag in between the two women, signaling the end of the fight. Muutus beckons the two women to come out of the ring, and the healer immediatly starts tending to your wounds.

"Honestly, the point of these matches were not to be fair, but to test everyone's resolve. Do you lay down and give up against someone who looks strong? Do you let someone who looks weak make you go easy? You both did very well. Let us see how the rest of the fight play out before moving on."

HP: Both women healed back to full. XP: Layla 2/10, Sonya 3/10.

Aesa + Katherine

Initiative: Katherine 15+2=17, Aesa 9+3=12. Katherine goes first.
Katherine will: 16+2=18, she doesnt fall for Aesa's bluff. Katherine attacks: 17+3=20. Aesa dodges: 19+3=22, dodges.
Aesa shield slams: 14+3=17. Katherine blocks: 16+3+1=20. Katherine blocks with her shield.

Aesa throws down her weapon, but Katherine doesn't buy it. Katherine goes in for a very strong and steady swing, but Aesa has seen that swing before. She waits till the last moment before ducking under it, and rushing in for a shield slam. Katherine brings her shield up in front of her, making a loud crashing sound as the two weapon put their weight into their shields.

Maiza

Maiza is traveling along a well worn road, heading towards the city of Pirgos. Her pilgrimage has not been a easy one, and the constant sign of bandits and viscious wild life has made rest near impossible outside of a city. As she shuffles her feet along the road, she hears the sounds of combat. Looking around, the only thing she can see is what looks like a old military barracks...but there are definatly people there.

Sonya quickly pushes off Meg after getting a face full of her breasts. Seeing that her opponent was trying her best to pin her she was going to need to watch out for her lunges and grapples. She holds her sword outward at Meg and tries to strike her with just the end of the wooden blade so she could keep her distance.
