Game Design Course

Hey peeps!

I'm considering spending shit loads of money on a game design course. If I'm more interested in indie games, is it worth it? Is it worth it anyway when I can probably get free tutorials and online advice free?

From how I understand it, it is worth taking a physical course because skill retention is higher than just getting it from a few videos. It's more personal and more serious, so you'd likely try to get your money's worth out of it, ya know?

Thanks for the input! I've decided to keep doing what I'm doing for 6-8 months; namely writing, learning twine and weighing up my options. After then, shits gonna get happnin.
