How I did for "link" lip on the fleshlight? (for that move together)
And how to make them move when he meets the penis?

you cant "link" it. You have to "create classic tween" for the lip and move it in the same frame the fleshlight is down. In Flash each piece acts as its own an it is you who creates the illusion that they are moving as one.
On the "how to make it move when it meets the penis". You have to add extra frames where the lips are in a different position.
