Bio: Fuel was born to the mysterious masked man and a simian lady of the court from a kingdom of monkey-men. Just as Fuel made it out of the forest, he tried helping others out, but the Nightmare Tie refuses to allow anyone to be near Fuel. It was a curse that drove Fuel to get rid of the Nightmare Tie, seeking what other remedies to lift the curse from him. Until eventually he gave in to the madness and became a demon much like the one that gave him the curse. Now he wanders the planet, dealing with the forces of good wanting to stop his corruption or any demon that overstep their boundaries.

Which is a given considering the government having their little grabby hands enforcing that everyone should stay inside their blessed homes, and so on. But you know that there will always be people that go outside that loophole, which gives you a multitude of choices, you could go after one of the fine officers serving the law.
