Theres a little bit of a trend for some of the characters. But I'm prolly gonna have to make a judgement call on some of them.

You could always put up 3 or 4 builds have a vote for the favorite then put up 3 or 4 more and whittle away until you have 1 left

Thats definitely a way we could do it, but it would be overly drawn out. Not all of our players get on all the time, so I'd have to leave each section up a couple of days.

Oh well. It'll be fun when we start

Ya know, you could always have us narrow it down for you by putting up four or five, each from different people, and having us vote on the ones we like the best. Then, later, you could do the same with another four or five 'till you've narrowed the list down to a manageable size.

Just about right after I posted that comment with the best friend\rival idea in it, I wound up coming up with an idea for a very strange "sister" game. I've been holding off on talking about it because, firstly, I wouldn't dream of bringing something like this into the world without both your blessing and your help, secondly you seem to have a full plate on your hands with this current character compiling, and thirdly, I myself haven't the slightest clue as to how to go about making such a game, so I don't even know exactly helpful I'd be in bringing this game about!

ok all play acting aside why the F was I denied any way to post or repley to stuff for the past few days???... never mind i'll bring it up with the mods.

So ya hope I'm not to late thanks to what ever kept me from posting but here goes, first off since I was for mostly staying with Heikya I really don't have much to add for a new character other then this.

My character would be.... NICKY!! as a playable MC. Basically it would be like this:
Daughter of Heikya
The Bookish Girl/The Sneak- ether one would fit her do to being a slime and constantly seeking out knowledge
The Archeologist

Basically how I reason this insanity is Nicky's Slime body molded into a goblin form putting her as a Daughter of Heikya and as for how why it happened is that the wiz made Nicky much smarter then it/she needed to be but it happened over a period of time and she slowly learned from Heikya to the point of learning to talk and mold itself into a goblin form. Heikya was so happy she "adopts" her/it and treats her like a daughter. Stat wise she have a goblin stats save she would lose all but 1 or 2 points from STR and put it in DEX. If the point adding is still allowed then then 2 in INT and 1 more in DEX... what she's a slime, those things can get in places not even mice or rats can enter.

Well, first of all : you made it in time XD

However the reason that I didn't put slime in the options for playable races are vast. They have insanely low intelligence, they have only 2 (maybe three) environments they can really persist in, they're considered a bit of a pest in this world and everyone knows that salting them is a potential death sentence. The biggest problem though, is actually on my side: having to constantly render a slime character would kill me :'D (they take so long to draw)

as for the points : you have 3 that you can add into your attributes (so +1 Con and +2 Sneak, +1Con +1Str +Cha, and etc.)
The skill points work similarly, but you have 10 to put into the skills (+10 implication, +5 hand-to hand +2 medicine +1 acrobatics +2 Spellcraft, and etc.)

Fair enough though I thought you could go with what you drew with the royal morph on the Wed Sep 10 post, just add some clothes and draw the top half with like a stray goo line or 2 coming off of her. (the main reason I chose this idea was the royal morph drawing, laterally can make Nicky like that and BOOM slime morphed into a goblin form)

This brings up a valid point that seems to be... not a big issue, but a persistent one with this whole Heikya misadventure. I'd hate to ask while your busy compiling character polls, but is there any way we could possibly get a bestiary of some sort? I'd hate to accidentally have our new girl try to give a big open hug to some animal that's poisonous to touch. (kinda like how we were trying to have Heikya do the no no cha cha with a naga, which apparently eats goblins.)

Definitely. I'm wanting to get the new character built first, though.
I know it was one of the problems in the first iteration of the CYOA, and I won't fail to address it this time.

When ever we start up, I'll give you guys basically a starting primer on monsters and wild life. Any more 'particular' creatures, our heroine will have either learn first hand or research.
The reason I'm waiting on it is due to pre-game character knowledge and stats. Everyone may know that slimes are weak against anything that may dry them up, but maybe not all races know that feral Nagas eat goblins.

After years of her Heikya working to establish herself as a respectable member of Stansengate, she 'borrowed' one of Tetra's smarter tribesmen. Hellevi was the result.
Hellevi was not as adventurous as her mother was, and spent many of her early years inside doing what she could to help out around the tavern her mother had bought. As happy as Heikya was to have her daughter around, there was one in-escapable fact: The poor Hellevi was always a clutz. Hellevi made many attempts to help out around town, and despite her good intentions and reputable mother, she turned into a bit of a joke. Despite all of this, she keeps an overwhelmingly positive attitude and is quite kind in the best of situations. In times of struggle, she is quite a capable fighter and extremely resolute.
She spends most of her time in the wizards tower with Ano and Etim, doing her best to help organize and clean up failed experiments (and in many occasions the messes she makes herself).
One day a commission to Ano came from the Lord of Stansengate, requesting the collection of potential Items of power. Ano and Etim were already elbow deep in work, so they forwarded this quest to Hellevi along with any award that may come with it.

Many Nekomata are satisfied with simply lounging about in the luxurious role of a slave , others find themselves satisfied spending their lives hunting in the forests and rarely dealing with others people, but there are the very rare Nekomatas that see themselves at the reigns of the world. One such Nekomata is Mana.
Mana has had many, many plans over the course of her life to grip the world in her claws . The unfortunate issue with this little Queen is that in the heat of the moment, she is liable to make a mistake or fold under the pressure of the situation. Mana can't bring herself to execute anyone that may stand in her way, and is in many ways quite an innocent little lady . Despite her lack of fear factor, she is still quite the master at convincing those around her and is impressive spokesperson for her own cause.
However, her latest plan may be a way to circumvent her short-comings as the ruthless dominatrix she is attempting to be. While researching for her next potential plot, she discovered tales of a powerful weapon with a curious requirement for its wielder. A device that could bring the greatest of pain could only be wielded by a creature that had given all races pleasure. Her mind was boggled, but at least she had means of domination that got something other than blood on her paws.
