Fantasy, basically an Empire is trying to conquer exotic tribes to the south for money, power, and land.

So with classes: Are they generic? Are they hybrid? Are they let's throw it to the wind and see what ISN'T op?

The classes are basically character types. I have four, with those four being a Light Fighter (Duelist, Foot solider, archer type class), Heavy Fighter (Knight, Berserker), Specialist (Assassin,poisoner, rogue) and Support (Mages, Clerics, and Channelers). These are only vague descriptors, and really so long as it can be counted as a part of the class, then it can be a part of the RP. People will need to discuss things with me about their characters, and it'll take a little bit of work to make sure everything's set up and prepared.

Hmm interesting, so its tribal versus opposing power? Anything else?

That should be it, but I do have a habit of giving plenty of freedom to my players when it comes to character design and weapon choice. I try to let everyone have fun, y'know.

Hmm so okay, what is the opposing power? other tribal or is it like british empire? Or conquistadors?

Tribes will be their own faction, the other faction will be the Empire. These two factions are competing for the land owned by the Tribes, with the Tribes wanting to keep it and the Empire wanting to take it.

Mmm, I thought it would be more interesting than an all male army again. It gets boring, seeing that over and over. Why not for variety?

I am currently just about done with the opening post for a group RP for 8 people. Its name will be Subjugation, and will basically have two factions fighting against each other in a jungle type area, with four of the players choosing to be on one side, and the other four being on the remaining side. There will be sexual things in the RP, and there will be a class based system that will determine your starting abilities and future ones. There will be a level up system, a stats system, and other goodies as well as a hopefully interesting plot.
I need eight people. If eight people are willing to join in, then post and let me know.
