for the first pic, the head, i think it would look amazing in blue, for some reason
and for the second, in the water, i think something like yellow would do wonders; if you could let the sun reflect in the water, and have her stand right in the middle of that reflection, you can really have something holy/innocent going.

oh, before i forget
i love your art, and i think the faces are very feminine for some reason, like they all know what they want underneath. could be the eyes appealing to me though.

thx i live surrounded with women mayb thats the reason XD. About the sun reflection efect, thats an amazing idea, i wish i can handle photoshop or sai to achieve that but im really new to digital media. got to say this is my second work O.O and still got no idea on color tecniques or effects T.T but will try to find/use tutorials to achieve a decent image.

PD. If any 1 want to color this lineart its more than encouraged / welcomed, just post it here plz so i can see it =)

well, i wasn't really sure if i was able to pull it off, but in the end i am pretty happy with it.
i've only done the background, because if i'd try coloring the girl herself i'm bound to ruin it, so sorry about that.
as i traced the lines and redid them i really fell for the girl (for one, i couldn't stop myself from playing with my tongue), so i took the liberty and added some material. i hope you like it, if not i'll remove it.

So there is no light source.
While i this is one art style i would have made a set point where the light is stronger rather than having a sky of light.

Also looking at wings i have to say good job. You made a ripple effect that looks really good.
The next step i would say is try to add refraction effect to the wings them selfs just so people notice they are under water.
Basically what i would do is have anything below the water and little more zoomed in and still connected to the wing. How ever i have no idea what i would personally do this so if you don't even want to think about it then that fine. Im a scuba diver so this stuff sticks out at me and crys.

EDIT
So another way of doing the wings is chop them off at the water. Notice the legs aren't scene. That tells that the water is to thick to see. Just some ideas.

I really like the wings, never noticed she have an agelical pose glad u did it.
Ive been working on other drawing its a Bday present for a friend, its one of my Original characters the white wolfie name is Galatea, and this is the first part of the drawing (just her and no background for now ), feel free to coment, critic.

shes sitting under a tree looking at the sky waiting,i used a friend as model and she doesnt have a tail XD (mayb thats why i didnt payed attention to that detail), i tryed to curl his tail around going down but missed like 50% of the details when digitalized, remember tails arent carryed that easy they are heavyer than hair (but i should add fur movement on the tail).

Major improvement i'd say.
You did a great job on the refection, water, light.
here are the things that stick out to me.

The light seems to be heading in the wrong direction or straight towards the view. You did a great job on this and i would likely be the last thing you should worry about editing.
The reflections start about half inch away from the body. A reflection would start at the body part. However i understand your working with static parts so i wouldn't worry about it.
Hair draws the eyes because it does fit at all. You've got a bland color with the shading what so ever. You should fix this next time your working on it if ever.
The background could use some work but it's not really going to add any over all value to the picture.

thanks and yes he needs a full digital cleaning/makeup but the person who comisioned me for the draw asked for a traditional art so here it is XD
i like him so maybe when i had some spare time and nothing better to do ill digitalize it.
The probem is this girl right now, she took my weekly spare time and keeping my hands full for another week i think(she need all the details)
