Personality: Mostly lethargic, but prone to bouts of whimsy. Highly intelligent, but extremely self conscious of how she looks.
Brief Bio: Despite her name, Tie Lan is only half Chinese with a case of albinism. Her mother was an immigrant to England, and she never really knew much of her father. What she did learn was after her acceptance to Hogwarts, did her mother hint that her father might have known about the existence of magic.
