Rules~
1. Maturity PLEASE! We are all here to have a grand ol time! The only time your butt should hurt is if a 12'' phallic object was just shoved up it~ <3
2. Activity!!!! I can't stress this enough! I will be on like everyday, unless life stuff comes up. So check frequently for replies to your stuff! I am looking for at least 1 post every other day, at the least from you guys. I know most of us have different time zones and life stuff, but it shouldn't be too hard to do. If things get in the way of you being on the interwebs, please pm me or post it here in the OOC if possible. If you suddenly disappear out of thin air and lock up the group, I'll end up shadowing your character to relative safety depending on current events. If you fall off the face of the earth for more then a week your character will be retired and you'll have to make a new one if you want back in.
3. No needless PVP, sure you can choke a bitch, but it's kind of counter productive to your party xD
4. This ones not really a rule persay, but it makes things very easy. Sign up on this site here:
http://www.myth-weavers.com You can make character sheets online. They will fill in some info automatically and you can update it whenever you gain new EXP or special stats or changes to your appearance etc etc. :3 If you have another way of making out a charcter sheet, go for it. :3
5. Have fun!
6. Be sure to be done with your 10 first posts if you are a newcomer to the forums :3 *busy bees here please~*
7. DO NOT META GAME! The GOD of Roleplay will smite you for it! Greatest taboo you can possibly make here! Punishment will be swift and very painful! >:[
8. Outside of combat, you are not allowed to make one liner posts! 4+ complete sentences!
9. If your character is in a battle and it is your turn and you are online, you MUST post before going offline. This way the round can continue despite your being off.
Story~
You are all gathered in a small town on the eastern side of the continent. You've gotten word that the townsfolk are being harrassed by a band of goblins that hide in the hills and trees of the thin woods to the north of the town. They come once a week to raid the poor towns folk, stealing any children and women they catch in the streets. You stand in the towns church, pews pushed aside to allow free movement when not in use. A older human male looks upon the group with nervous eyes. He is far from withered but has a trimmed gray beard and sports an old weathered hat. His clothes aren't fancy but seem comfortable to him. He addresses you all as the Mayor of the town and explains the problem in detail. "The goblins come once a week, without warning, and at random times of the day. However the constant is that it is always seven days apart from each attack. We don't know where they take the women and children or what they do with them, or if they are even alive. We want you to clear out the goblins and rescue anyone who's alive. We don't have much left to pay you, but we still hope you will help us." He explains, waiting patiently for the groups reply.
