FurrinGok Wrote:So, no disrespect to Humingbird0's pokemon hentai game, I love it and it's awesome, but I'd like to see an adult pokemon/pokemorph game where it plays a lot more like Game Freak's pokemon games. I want to still see both genders of pokemon, be able to battle it out with pokemon who's stats vary from others even at the same levels, and gain experience from fighting even lower level pokemon.
Pictures and sex scenes are cool and all that, but when you're running with all humanoid pokemon you can easily enough just use one scene for each orientation (lesbian, gay, straight, genderless+female, genderless+male, etc) and place the main focus on gameplay itself. If there are separate battle pictures, they should just be accessed through the pokedex and initially seen via inflicting various status conditions (though we should maybe avoid the Horny condition in favor of more natural conditions).
Anybody who takes up this idea is free to their own decisions, of course, but my primary request is that the battle mechanics include at least what already exists in Game Freak's games. Anybody else have opinions on alternate (from Humingbird0's) adult Pokemon games?

To be perfectly honest I haven't paid as much attention as I want to have to the newer pokemon games.

...That might actually turn out to be something neat, yeah. Surprising it's on Deviant Art, but regardless, I can't find any journals on the project, which means it'll be hard to figure out what it's all about--and no, the video doesn't explain much of anything. Thanks, now that I've got some hopes met, I'll be looking forward to seeing if an Anthro game is made to closer fit my picky wants.
FurrinGok Wrote:It's not surprising that there's another pokemon game based on being erotic, but if there's another game that's based on being erotic with anthro "pokemorphs," ah, well, that would be the best surprise ever.
FurrinGok Wrote:Please don't consider this being ungrateful, I am happy, it's just the closer the better~
FurrinGok Wrote:There is a pokemorph game with males, but it's all shota. Kind of a serious turn off.
VintageBass Wrote:All shota? How is that even possible? I get that some of them could fall into that category, but all? Like how hard is it to keep some male Pokemon adult? I get it's a kink and all, but not everyone is going to be into the same thing. Then again I never even heard of shota Pokemorphs before...

FurrinGok Wrote:Go to e621 and search for "flash ivysaur pokemorph" there are two in there, one of which is the game I'm talking about.

Mind letting us in on what your idea is? I did say other ideas for pokemon games are welcome here.
VintageBass Wrote:there is a bit of line change-up for the Gym Leaders because I'm basing this more on the anime than the games
VintageBass Wrote:That and maybe I can also do a PMD game involving pokemorphs. That would be an interesting idea, plus hey there's options for yaoi, straight, yuri and everything in between! :3
FurrinGok Wrote:Y'know, I wasn't even thinking about it, but the way they handle gyms is a pet peeve of mine. According to the lore, all gym leaders are supposed to be incredibly tough, moreso than any random trainer you'd come across, and yet, in the game and in the anime, the gym leaders are basically only stronger than the local trainers--once you beat them and go to the next town, people are even stronger. I would love to see a game where you can explore most of the cities from the getgo and have to form a team and level them up before you can even beat your first gym leader... Although, that's a separate vein entirely than what I'm asking for in the OP. There's a point to the games having a sense of linearity.
FurrinGok Wrote:Oh, man. I hadn't even thought of a PMD using pokemorphs... That could totally work, since the way PMDs work is that every pokemon shows up on the field with their own sprites, facing every direction. It's also something that (somewhat) happened in the anime--There was an episode where a human kid does get turned into a pokemon and forms a Rescue Team and all that jazz. Of course, it's outside the canon of the rest of the anime, but it's there.

Heck my idea has the player being from the world itself, not being previously a human because I like to play against the norm. Otherwise the plot I do have plays more to the Explorers games, at least in terms of plot, otherwise is a bit original and there's plenty of opportunities to have sexy fun with the PMD format. :3

If I remember right, in the Origins anime it does appear that Gym Leaders do have Pokemon on stand-by and will call out certain Pokemon depending on the Trainer's strength. Granted it took this long to learn that and I do like the concept (which I want to do in my own story, heck Viridian is the first Gym when that's usually the last one).

You know... Explorers of Sky didn't suggest anything very directly, but it just gave the feel that there were feelings between Sunflora and Bidoof. It would be fun to see a game that actually intentionally brings stuff like that up and takes it into relationships.
You're also leaving me ever curious as to what your ideas are, Vintage.

So, like, the trainer can go back and challenge old gyms only to find they have a stronger team? That would be very neat, actually.

if you only can only gain 4 pokeballs for every 3 citys you visit i am about to quit the game a pokemon game like that earns in my opinion from 1 to 10 even a zero atleast keep it a bit more realistic to the orginal games rather then having a potion fetish
having them in every store is nonense especialy after pweter city make that pokeballs in my opinion besides that draw site a good game albeit the fact i am also disapointed that you dont gain any xp from defeating pokemon with are lower levels besides a tentacool should cause less damage on a normal type rather than being able to remove half the health witch would have been possible and if not believable was the char a fire type trainer

You do understand that this is talking about the idea of using anthro Pokemon in battle instead of regular Pokemon, not about the matter of Pokeballs. The idea suggested is to have a Pokemon game that has Pokemorphs be the center of attention while still having the core aspect of a mainstream Pokemon. That way, you can have the sex appeal of these anthro Pokemon and play it like a normal game. And I even suggested an idea of a PMD game that can use anthros and works perfectly. What is this with balls? I don't recall having problems getting them, plus I can capture more Pokemon than needed before the first Gym.
