Part of the joke is that i can and can't push Falice. With you, she tends to get angry and or violent which given the crap Ran put her through is understandable.
With "that man" she plays a total suck up trying get Ran's forgiveness.
It's just funny because she has sudden and drastic shifts in mood and aggression between the two of you.
