Lets say If a make a huge trex head out of blood and then decide to use the Iron in the blood, what do you think will happen to the head.

You might as well wear paper. Not only is it drier but, you'd be lucky to get enough iron in a location to stop a projectile like an arrow but 2 would be impossile
