useさん with everyone you wouldn't use with everyone else.
Use せんせい for teachers, doctors and lawyers.basically people who teach/educate with education of some type.
Use せんぱい is used for mentor like student s and normally older.
Use ちゃん for small cute girls but can be used for girls in 20s
Use くん for younger boys about 10- who are cute and adorable.
Use さま when your some ones bitch!
