Terrantor!!! Wrote:I honestly haven't been able to do any character development. I was busy setting up the engine. Do you want concept art and my sprite draft that way you can finish her up?
Terrantor!!! Wrote: Also there's a guy on the discussion forums who is amazing with frame by frame animations. You should go to him with your work for pointers. His name is off topic.

I've actually determined that fighting games are something I'm not good at playing, but this project is still too interesting to just flat out abandon because of that (right?)
Also, oneeyezero, I forgot to say this before, but if you need help with backgrounds, that's one of the main things I draw.

It's basic actionscript 3. It's very rudimentary in the 3d dept. The only thing 3d I'd do ok at is making maps for source, like a half-life 2 first-person-fucker. But there're a few groups on this site that are making the move to 3d and I am in complete support of it as 3d makes things a bunch easier. So show us some of your work, I'm always curious to see art!

Yes that would be a great help. Why not start by making a background for your character. Maybe a steampunkish looking factory or something?
