Pokemon are all specced but I am uncertain of the level so I am going to assume I meet the level requirement for the moves I have. Eevee is Level 17, Shoormish and Poochyena are level 14 respectively. If they are higher or lower than please let me know Misc and DND

Well I am kind of ahead of you Lynxy. But the moves that the Pokémon can learn are all of them that they can learn via normal leveling on their own and via TMs and HMs. People have managed to train their Pokémon into learning new moves mid-battle. ^_^

So there's no cap on the # of moves my pokemon can know at one time?

Aslo, yes. A clarification of what is wanted from us regarding stats would be good. The HP is easy enough to calculate, but do the stats not change from the base with level?

:EDIT: Anyway, I've done what I think it right, but it seems a little wonky so let me know if something seems amiss D&D

Basically there is a point allocation system. I will demonstrate by using Squirtle. At first level by bulbapedia the stats are like this.

HP: 44
Atk: 48
Def: 65
SA: 50
SD: 64
Spd: 43

Okay now we use the dividing system to round the stats down to the bare numbers. We divide by ten then we round up if we come up with a number that is unsuitable such as Speed being 6.4 when divided by 10. In this case its a seven. The exception is HP being multiplied times 3 after the dividing and rounding up. So for a level 1 Squirtle the stats come up like this.

HP: 15
Atk: 5
Def: 7
SA: 5
SD: 7
Spd: 5

Now say we have a level five starter. This means Squirtle would have it's hit points be raised by 4 and we gain a point to allocate to any of the six stats. One for each level beyond 1. To demonstrate let's say we want to raise our Squirtle into a powerhouse of a tank as is so common. Well we should buff Defense and Special Defense. Let's say by two points each out of our four points we start with. So our starter ends up with a final stat allocation of…

HP: 19
Atk: 5
Def: 9
SA: 5
SD: 9
Spd: 5

Understand?

so you don't get to add anything for level 1. gotcha...

and I can't help but feel that this system can never replicate the actual stats they get (or even close to the proportions), but I guess as long as everybody uses the same system.

Thats what I am under the assumption of anyway. Im not the end all be all of this simplified version. But as long as everyone knows about how to do it, one missed allocation point can be easily fixed.

im simply going off of what my little pdf book says :P if we wanted to make it even more complicated we could always add nature/behaviors xD since that effects the stats as well buuut we wont. as for moves imma let misc determine that.

Im going off on what was said prior to the changes. If he switches it up I'll understand but this is something I did love. More options and strategy with moves was awesome. Anyway was I right about how the Pokemon calculations work with how to write the stats down or does level 1 count as giving an allocation point for stats and hp?

I'm gonna keep it the same: Pokémon can learn as many moves as they want for the simple reasoning that I find it rather insulting to their intelligence that they can't know more than 4 ways to attack someone. I'm very thankful that we're leaving off the natures though.

Why do you need a d34 for moves? He's basically saying that the stronger pokémon have more moves available to them. Example being that starter pokemon and baby pokemon have four moves or less whilst trainer pokémon have more than that but even so they won't be needing a randomizer since I suspect the GM will be making the calls thereon what to use.

Natures are pretty redundant when we choose every point they get past their base stats.
