You know if someone is stalling the game out do what misc does and skip them and give them a mark of inactivity. Three in a row and they get on the inactive list.

Plus, if it's a matter of not being able to come up with anything, why don't we switch around GM's? After a while or whenever we feel like it, we can put one player on Inactive, and they can take over writing.

Well much like with Chaos's I will probably make a return, but I might have to reconfigure everything and redo things just a little bit. No guarantees, I need to find some free time before I decide to get back into writing up this story again.
