Motoko: "Watch your tongue, miss. Finest archer in town, she is." One of the patrons warn you. The bowyer simply looks amused. "Not too tall an order, but... 'Affordable' and dragon slaying never go hand in hand, miss. You're going to need the finest if you want to take down a dragon, and that's damn expensive. Plus, it depends on the kind of dragon. Are we talking gold, bronze, black, red, what?"
Misc: After about half a minute, the half-orc comes out with a rather beautiful piece- from what you can tell, it's a masterwork breastplate made of mithral. "Better than yours. Trust me." He tapped his left eye. "Can tell how powerful magic is. Hand me your mail and I'll give you this for one thousand five hundred gold." He'd laid out his offer- quite the bargain, really, from what you can tell. It's obviously of superior make to your armour at the very least, though you're unsure of the magical property. Perhaps if you casted Detect Magic...
Lynxy: The halfling immediately tosses back your coin pouch, and even her own money, babbling incoherently as she does. From what you can decipher, she's utterly broke and has siblings to take care of- and you can tell that she isn't lying about the 'broke' part. All she could toss to you was four bronze pieces! She's obviously holding back tears and trying not to break down completely before you. How pitiful. Perhaps you could take advantage of her need.
