To resist the Dark Charm of Velma, obviously the stat to consider is willpower, so while in rampage... it would actually be easier to charm your Ginko °O° here's the stats of Rampaging Ginko:
Strength: 10 (+5 bonus, base damage becomes 5)
Agility: 14 (+9 bonus °O° untouchable when dodging XD)
Endurance: 10 (+5 bonus, health becomes 15)
Intelligence: 4 (-1, and base magical damage becomes 2)
Perception: 3 (-2)
Willpower: 3 (-2)
Charisma: 2 (-3)
Appearance: 4 (-1)
So... yes. A beast in combat, but quite weak against that Dark Charm of Velma XD But don't worry, some skills of characters, against other characters works in a "weakened" way, and Dark Charm is one of those. For the first 5 turns will work in the normal way, both for enslaved and charmed options, and after the fifth turn, if the charmed or enslaved character wants to get out of the mind-control, the roll will begin to have "penalities" each turn. Things like... if you are really unlucky, you'll stay charmed or enslaved for max 15 turns... °O° and once again i think that Velma has the potential to be the most dangerous, overpowered and scary character out of them all XD
