So in other words i need to acquire a zombie before i can apprise it... anyone got rope? I need to to catch a zombie so i can figure out, if it's an adventurer before we kill it.

Lol, it would be pretty obvious if one of them was an adventurer zombie. I'd have armor or something on. A weapon sheeth or shredded backpack or something. They are all simple zombies xD No adventurer zombies just yet xD As for the gem, a lot, you can tell that much at a glance. It's friggen huge >>

I was assuming since we can't touch the thing or even see most angles of it, we can't get a truly accurate appraisal.
I also assumed that since it's warded pretty heavily against theft, my character can't determine if it's magical or not.

I know what they say about assumptions, but it seems like a reasonable explanation, blue

Lol, power attack adds double number subtracted when wield two-hander or a 1 hander wielded with two hands.

She's level 12 and almost always makes her first attack a -5 power attack during full round attacks.... that's a lot of damage I've been giving up....

Especially if you rage and have great cleave xD You should get leap attack as a feat to xD Run, jump, attack for huge damage boost, plus power attack = dead average enemy xD
