Karina winces as she feels some of the pain from her enemies axe. Just taking it in now but... Fuck this guys is freaking huge. she thought to herself as she gets pushed back. As she feels herself getting pushed back inch by inch she realizes that the present situation is perfect for a shield bash.

It goes off without a hitch. She takes her shield brings it back to her just slightly causing Maximus to tip forward from momentum at which point she pushes back with all of her strength smacking his shield to the side trying to force open his guard.

(not really sure I'm doing this right or not. But ill stop it there. I think it's fair to say you might need to make a roll to resist the stun. It would seem overpowered for me to just keep collobering on you after I make a successful roll to shield bash. I do hope that we maintain a bit of an honor rule between the players and use the first rolls we get. )

Wulf Nods her head then tries to sneak back to town and trying to avoid any enemies, limping slightly from her hurt leg. Wulf was being extra careful to not attract attention and sneak around going so far as to travel through the trees instead of on the ground since most things never look up.

Daeva don't have time to remove the noose, so she shoots the rope around her ankle again, this time close to her leg, so she won't step on in and fall later. Dave reasons that the sorcerers aren't built to fight multiple enemies up close, so there's no need to test his luck against the goblins. Turning away from the approaching goblin horde, Daeva runs back toward the town.

Kal takes the Farm Disappearance Quest wondering if she would get directions even though it has started, she leaves the tavern pretty quickly and stops by the weapon shop to see if they are selling arrows, if they are she buys some before heading out of town and trying to find her way to the Farm.

After the introductions, the fox man decides that it's time to leave, and so he pays and then they set off. He leads them towards the norther gate, passing it and continuing to the country side, without stopping anywhere in the city. Ruby would have like to get to know better the city, but since she doesn't have any money maybe it's better like this.
The trip is long, or at least seems to be since nothing happens for quite some time, but then they spot something. An abandoned wagon. Filled with curiosity enhanced by the boring state she's in, Ruby rushes to see what's in there, and as she checks it she finds a pouch. Even more curious, the girl open it and inside she finds three coins, and happiness fill her. A sense of accomplishment, even if it's probably only because of sheer luck that she found that. Anyway, since she found it, she gets to keep it, and so she declares as she hops down <Finders keepers!> if her companion wants to share then maybe she'll give her one of the three coins, but she sure isn't going to offer first.

Leaving the wagon behind, after another while they finally reach the farm, and Ruby finds it to be much, much larger than she first expected. Ruby and her magical companion are presented to the wife and children of the fox man, and then he bring the two where the cattle will be kept this night <Ok, let's see what we can do...> she whisper once the tour of the farm is done and they can begin their preparation <Let's first see the surroundings, so we can know where the offender could come from, and then lets find some hiding spots. I think that it would be better to make a surprise attack. We can remain hidden until he comes, then i'll ambush him. Once he's busy fighting with me, you can use your magic on him. What do you think?> simple plan, Ruby will ambush and then "tank" him, relying on her ability to dodge, and then Natalie will go full dps on the attacker. If they will kill him or just capture will depend on what and who he is, so for now this plan should be the best possible one. An alternative would be Natalie acting as a bait and Ruby attacking him from behind, but if the enemy is not one-shottable then it could take a turn for the worse as Natalie could take some major damage.

As she explain the plan she thought of, Ruby would begin to check the barn surrounding and, if her plan is accepted, then they'll go to hide in the barn, waiting for whatever will come.

To say Maximus was caught by surprise would be a understatement as the shield hits him squarely in the chest, causing him to stagger backwards a few steps. The wind was knocked out of him, but he managed to stay standing, putting on a show for his opponent. He glared at her, and tried to pull up his arms into a defensive position, but the stun effect on his health bar wasn't allowing him to move how he wanted.

Dammit, move! I can't lose my first duel! I helped make this game for Christ sake!

(Does shield bash do damage? I think it's 150% of my base damage but I don't remember.)
Seeing her shield bash taking the desired effect she tries to capitalize on the moment by using her slash ability to get through his armor and deal some extra damage. With sword in both hands she dashes towards the giant.

Unfortunately for her she's not completely used to the weight of her sword and tumbles past him. Doing a quick dive roll to recover her footing she stops herself just on the edge of the arena. Crouched she raises her shield and braces herself for another charge. Hopefully she can throw him out of the arena by using her shield as a launching board if she sees an opportunity.

Maximus smiles, trying to keep his vicious appearance up. On the inside, he lets out a sigh of relief. Now that his limbs are answering him again, he knows its time for him to cut loose. He was originally not going to try for it, but now he is going to go all out. Moving forward, again with his shield in the lead, he baits Karina into thinking he will use the same tactic as before. He decides it is time to use the Slash ability

With both his feint and Slash used to no effect, Maximus lets out a growl of frustration. Trying to figure out the best strategy to end the fight quickly. It is then that he notices that Karina is on the edge of the circle...

Without a second thought, Maximus starts pushing against Karina, in a attempt to shove her out of the ring.

Catching onto his tricks and standing her ground when Maximus grabs her shield to push her our of the arena she tries her best to use his forward momentum to throw him out even if it means throwing her shield.

Karina takes a knee using the solid ground to brace herself and launch Maximus. He weighs a ton but he's moving fast enough to the point that redirecting his force over her and out of the arena with her shield was easy enough to do.

Karina stands triumphantly and brushes the dirt off her forehead. And smiles at the fallen wolf man "Looks like you owe me a drink haha."

Seeing Arashi's party request, Lulu accepts, seeing the little mute girl beside him as also joined the party. As a party, she also sees that Arashi has also accepted the Goblin Hunt quest. Well, it should go a lot faster if there's 3 people so she won't complain about getting the boring quest. "So, where to first? I wanna go to the Quarry since that seems interesting, but I guess the experience of the Goblin Hunt wouldn't be too bad."

"Exactly, we'll use the goblins to learn the combat and learn how to work better as a team. On top of that we'll kill two birds with a single stone, since as we go we shall probably run into them anyway." Arashi explained, he knew that taking those kill goblins task was only tedious if you focused upon that quest. The best idea was to focus on the bandit quest and then as the three of them move through the land deal with any goblins en route and they would have the kills they needed for the quest in no time. To him it was a sound strategy at least. Heading on out of the town by the Western Gate as suggested by the barmaid hopefully would prove uneventful but he was also hoping that they would encounter goblins or his idea would go up in smoke.

Shrugging her shoulders, Lulu follows slightly behind Arashi since, and this is something she'd never tell anyone, her sense of direction sucks dishwater. At least until she's explored the place enough to find stuff with her feet rather than her head. She's had to learn how to read maps as a result, but sometimes she STILL ends up lost. With a handy guide, she doesn't have to worry about it at all!

Maximus swears and stands up. He was about to congratulate Karina before he realized: the duel is still going. The smile returns to his face, and resumes his fighting stance.

"Sorry milady, but our contest is not over yet. At least not according to the game gods."

Maximus rushes forward, swinging his ax down in a regular attack. However, the combination of his forward momentum and his swing proved to be a powerful combo. The force of the attack sends a shock wave through his arm, and he could only imagine what it did to her.

She barely manages to remain focused as she takes the axe head out of her shoulder then tries her best to stab her sword through Maximus' stomach.

"The hiding thing might work but we're staying in the barn.... so if he's watching they will know we're in here. If the intruder doesn't know the fox got adventurers to accept his quest then the moment they open the barn door will be surprise enough to see us waiting. The whole hiding to ambush your thinking a bit too deeply for something rather simple." Natalie said not wanting to do anything unnecessary considering the barn itself was concealing them and soon to be the cattle as well.

Karina and Maximus continued to battle each other, with the sounds echoing into the city. While they only had a few guards looking over them, they had an entire tree full of squirrels watching them, and cheering for one or the other. They then have a moment to assess their wounds, as their health bars now come up. The squirrels are cheering away, as they watch the duel.

Wuld sneaks her way through the trees, rather well. She passes over several goblins, and wolves, before she finally pulls back a branch, and comes face to face with a lion man. He blinks twice, before grabbing her chest piece, and pulling her out of the trees, and onto the stone wall. He draws his sword, as wolf is still dazed, and points it at her throat.
"I'll give you once chance to explain why you are sneaking around the trees, Canine. Your kind normally stays on the ground, all fours in your case, Female."
His voice is gruff and unpleasant, as he keeps the tip of the blade against Wulfs throat.

Davea:

Davea is able to blast the rope off of her leg, and falls to the ground. Unfortunately, she lands hard on her back, and hits her head against the ground. She is knocked out cold, and the next thing, she sees when she wakes up, is four goblins standing several feet away from her.
"Wait! It's alive, it's alive, Quick!"
One of them says, as they then reach for their weapons.

Rope rolls a: 20, Crit hit
End Result, you free yourself, but get knocked unconscious, and lose 2 health. (You wake up in time to fight off the goblins, just cause i want to give you a chance)

Kal is a little late to the quest, and as she searches around, she spies something extremely odd. A naked horse male is standing in front of her, looking her up and down. He then achieves an erection right in front of her. It points straight out and he then turns to face the northern gate, his phallus pointing directly at it.
"Your quest is that way, just follow the direction my cock is pointing."
He nonchalantly says, as if this was an everyday thing.
(I'll teach you to get lost or ask for directions. Should she follow the cock, she'll arrive at the barn house, just a few minutes after Ruby and Natalie finish their little discussion. at Which point the fox man would come out and greet her, and take her to the barn, and introduce her to the other two.)

The surrounding area is all flat farmland. There is no descent cover anywhere. The only way someone could get close without being seen, is to wait for night. The barn itself is a large two story barn house. The cattle are going to be kept on the bottom floor, whilst Ruby and Natalie, can comfortably wait on the top floor. They will have an excellent view of the front door from their vantage point.

Arashi and Friends! (Sounds like a kids TV show.)

Arashi and his companions make their way outside they find the city rather normal. Though, they do spot a horse man, apparently putting his clothes back on...probably don't want to ask. They then head of the necessary town gate and make their way toward the guard encampment.
About an hour later, the small group passes by the ruins of a wagon. The horses pulling it are gone and no one can immediately be seen. The ruins are still fresh however, if the fact that it is still on fire and smoking is any indication. They can either check things out or move on.

Maximus takes a moment to catch his breath, the wound catching him in the stomach hurting quite a bit. A shallow flesh wound, but still quite painful. Not wanting to give Karina too much time to come up with any new strategy, Maximus charges forward. He throws a attack against her shield, wanting to strike at the wound on her back again.

Or that is what he wants her to think. As Karina moves her shield to block his attack, Maximus goes in to Shield Bash.

Kal was a little surprised, "Thank you." Figuring it was a good idea to thank the horse, she made followed the direction his cock was pointing in and it didn't take long for her to find the barn. She's is met by the fox man who had been in the tavern not long ago, and Kal followed him when he led her into the barn where the other two players were waiting, looking at the two players she nodded and simply said, "I'm Kal"

She said growling toward the end shifting slightly because her tail was stuck she frowns. "Plus I'm not a full blooded wolf I'm half human." Wulf states glaring at the lion man and getting ready to doge if she has to.
