She sighed, sitting down. "Its not your fault, I just...." She looked away sighing deeply. "I didn't mean to freak out like that...."

"no no.. its my fault wolfy. I do not think before doing at times" his smile returns and he stratched behind her ears once more. "we could go on that hunt if you like or sit by the fire some more"

"I don't know...." She laid down. "I was trying to get comfortable but I didn't think....that you'd touch me like that. I know you didn't mean anything by it but....."

"okay lets sit back down and I promise I wont touch your front.. deal?" he said with a calming voice as she down and offered his lap or the spot next to him

She didn't move or say a word, she just laid there looking upset. She hated that it bothered her so much.

"come wolfy.. please dont be upset.. you are too hard on your self" he sighed softly and walked over to her and gave another apple he had in his back pack "come sit by the fire"

She sighed, slowly getting up and moving to sit by the fire. "Forgive me? Lest a maiden be left distraught and broken over such a thing. My reaction was over done. A man's touch.... I'm not used to it......"

"of course I forgive you my dear Wulf and like I said I shall not touch areas that you dont want to touched. I look only for your comfort" The flames continued to burn brightly and give of a nice warmth "I love you and will take things at your pace"

He petted her head gently and laid down on the make shift mat that he had made and closed his eyes, smiling away to him self

She slowly got up walking over to the lake to get a drink. It was really cold tonight. She sighed trotting back over to the fire after getting her fill of water.

"I'd love for you too see the castle you know my dear.. but its almost impossible with my father and my kind" he said as she walked back over. het sat up and smiled warmly hold his arms to her

She sat close beside him, shifting back to her human form. "It really is a to bad.... I'd love to see something like that, but you're right. It really is just to impossible."

"well if.. if I do become the leader of my clan.. you will see it and I promise you that.. its beautiful.. the origional owners were so pretty.. it was a shame they had to go but alas mortals age and die unlike us" he smiled a little and turned to face her, his hand extending to her cheek and stroking softly. "if I am leader.. Im ending this war"

She sighed softly, closing her eyes. She took in his every word, thinking on what he said. "Is it really possible? To end such a long standing conflict. It could cause such an uproar...." There had been so much loss over the years. Even her parents..... But she'd never resented any of them for it. "Can such a thing become reality...."

He cupper her head in his hands and looked deep into her beautiful eyes, speaking a determined tone "one can make it a reality... you just have to take the chance and seize the oppertunity... my father is the one in charge of my clan.." he sighed softly, kissing her lips gently before pulling away. IF he was to ever make this reality, he would have to kill his father and assume the rightful place"

She looked down blushing, her hair falling to slightly hide her face. "I guess your right. Nothing changes if you don't do anything...."

"and we can.. you and me can do something about it.. our love.. just goes to show that Vampire and Wolf kind can be friends no?" He moved away her hair from her face and kisses again gently "we are the physical proof of that"

She leaned into him closing her eyes. "I guess we are. But I can't help but worry about any negative feedback from it......" She sighed, staying close to him.
