First off, no. The HP you gave yourself is much higher than what anyone could attain at this level, even if you were a physical hero. Even less so with having no pluses to constitution.

Seconds, I would agree with Tsai on it sounding overpowered, but I will add these limitations for the purpose of balance:
-You have a finite amount of ink. Think of it as a charge system. Ill use the same table I posted for summoners.
-Any projectiles you fire from your weapon draw from your ink store until you replenish it or recover it.
-You will need to take time to set up any form of reality altering. Depending on how grand or subtle you wish to make your traps or background, they will take longer to prepare.

Seem seem fair enough?

While I realize that first part was a misunderstanding, is it overpowered that I'm the only person to describe their powers with any amount of detail? I don't mind the finite amount of ink or the charge system, since that's what I was basing it off of, which is why I asked prior to making my character. I don't expect too much reality altering, but that's fine. Level? Do we have those? Sorry, but other than their relationship to power types, the stats seem kind of vague to me. I was just going by HP = number + constitution. I am not an avid D&D player, so I apologize if common sense is supposed to have lead the way. If you've a better suggestion about allocation of stat points, I'm open to suggestions.

I intend the turn to become a anti-hero or villain to be a slow process. Right now, you would start feeling remorse for the people who you killed on accident.

Back story: Growing up in the cruel world with only his mother to raise him. Vincent learned first hand the cruelty and kindness of many strangers. Evidently having to pick up an arm to defend his mother as she was one of the mutants so many people hated. For the better part of his childhood he never realized what kind of powers he's had. Being pressured to save a friend he discovered his "Gift" with metal. Being able to control it by will he fought back against those who threatened him or his loved ones. Later in life after finally arriving in Nirvana he begins to live what he feels is a peaceful life with a few friends as his mother now lives with his new step-dad. Along with a sibling that had arrived. Having started this new life three years ago he intends to make the most of it attending the university with his friends.
