Name: Lance Caelinus (pronounced Cae-li-nus)
Gender: Male
Appearance:

Height: 5'7"
Weight: 169 lbs
Hair Color: Blonde
Eye Color: Green
Distinguishable by his short blonde hair, green eyes, and fair skin, Lance possesses boyish good looks, and exudes an air of confidence befitting the child of a god. He wears a red long sleeve shirt, black jeans, a dark thigh length coat, and a pair of black and white high-top sneakers. There is also a thick golden bangle worn on his left wrist.
Godly Parent: Mars
Powers/Talents:
Mary Sue - As the child of Mars, Lance has the typical set of powers that one would expect: increased strength, agility, endurance, stamina, and durability.
Tyrant’s Curse - While his parentage gives him unnatural aptitude in the domain of war, his powers have been somewhat limited. In an effort to teach him a lesson, and prevent him from becoming a tyrant, he must learn to trust and respect others, and not just rely on himself and his godly powers. With some exception, this curse prevents him from using weapons other than his shield and the barbed javelins that it provides. Should he try to utilize another weapon in combat, it will pass through his target, leaving them unharmed.
Monster Preference: Sprites (Nymphs and the like)
Weapon Skills:
Wyvern’s Sting - An angular golden shield that is bound to Lance’s forearm. In its dormant state, it takes the form of the golden bangle worn on his wrist. While it is highly durable, it can still be damaged, and even destroyed, but only temporarily, and will repair itself over time. The main feature of the shield, and why it is classified as a weapon, is its ability to produce small barbed spears, or javelins. While the javelins can be used in melee combat in the fashion of a sword, spear, or stick, they are really missile weapons that are meant to be hurled at an enemy. There is a row of six javelins stored on the inside of the shield, and they protrude from both the top and the bottom of it. Any thrown or discarded javelins can be retrieved by grasping at the air, or by willing the shield into its dormant state.
Utilities:
Coat of Arms - Ironically, or not, the coat that Lance wears is capable of transforming into a full suit of Roman armor.
Miscellaneous Belongings - A few pockets’ worth of the mostly nondescript items that one normally keeps on their person at all times. Such items may include, a wallet, smart phone, keys, and a windproof lighter.
Red Pinwheel - A simple toy that spins in the wind or when blown upon. Worn on the lapel of his coat, and held in place when it turns into armor.
Travel Pack - Filled with whatever supplies deemed necessary (by the GMs) to make the trip.
