Oh, huh. Now that is a very good question. I'm curious myself now.

If I'm reading Grape's summary correctly, a Human is as likely to get a Dark Elf pregnant as an Orc is - they're both 'very good breeders', and that covers both getting pregnant and getting other people pregnant. The strong/weak seed thing just makes it very, very unlikely that the child in question is going to be human.
Cogito, ergo... something.

Character Name: Ingvildr

Age: 28

Gender: Female

Race: Human

Appearance: Sorry if the edit is a bit clumsy.
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Image

Class: Fallen (Holy Warrior, no smite, weakened spells)

Traits:

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Numbed: A life of battle and devotion followed by enslavement and abuse has reduced Ing’s awareness of her own flesh +3 Endurance, -2 Seduction/Using body as tool, -1 for grace and fine motor skills

Bloodstained Heart: When you kill, you lose something. +1 in combat, -1 in social situations

Indirect Technique; Truth Seeker- As a follower of Radamis (even if you've lost most of your spellcasting), you are well-trained in uncovering the truth. You gain +5 to detecting complete lies ("He went that way!") and +2 to detecting partial lies ("We've got a bunch of forces behind that door!" when in reality they have 5)

Information/Bio:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Ingvildr began her life as a promising acolyte of the Four Aspects, one of many young men and women in her village that sought a better life by joining the Church of Five. She’d been steered towards the worship of Cara by her parents, but had never been content in a passive role. Myn’s devotees were looked down on as being “too close to the corrupt”, and the conservative nature of her upbringing made worship of Loranna equally impossible. The choice between becoming an Inquisitor of Mydur or a Holy Warrior of Radamis was more difficult. Both were pure and holy beyond any shade of doubt, but Mydur was a god of battle more than a protector and Ing wanted to help people more than she wanted to smite evil.

The young Paladin flourished in the benevolent care of the Church, drilling regularly in combat and praying just as often as any novitiate priest. Her life was not easy, and it was not always as rewarding as she’d hoped, but she did her part in making life better for anyone she could. She even found love, becoming infatuated with a priestess in training from afar. Their courtship was brief, ending when Ingvildr was sent out with a veteran Holy Warrior for field experience. Not because something terrible happened, but simply because she realised that her duty to Radamis was greater than her own wishes.

Then, months later, something terrible did happen. Her tutor, the more experienced Holy Warrior, fell. Hard. She was the second of his victims after he finally gave in to the Unnamed One’s power. The first was a fellow trainee, a young man cut down before he could defend himself. Her own suffering was not so mercifully brief. The new Blackguard made use of her to feed his master’s hungers, all the while taking his time to explain how it was her own fault.

The things he ordered her to do using his new control were few, more proof that he could than anything else. Instead he manipulated her with the knowledge that should she disobey, he would command her to do as he said.

When her tormentor finally died, Ing closed her eyes and found she could not weep, not even for her liberation. Then, she set out to do what she had once dreamed: walk the earth with a blade in one hand and guided by the tenets of her nearly forgotten faith.

Spells:
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Detect Undead- Even as one whom has fallen, you maintain your ability to detect those who are undead in nature when you focus yourself. More powerful undead can cause headaches, nosebleeds, etc. when detected.

Radamis's Knowledge- More arcane than divine in nature, you can cast this spell to draw out knowledge of creatures and their potential intents.

Equipment/Inventory:
18 Talons
Chain-Shirt
Bastard Sword
Wooden and Steel Buckler
Rain Tarp
Weapon/Armor maintenance kit
Holy symbol of Radamir
Supplies

Sorry for my absence. I have a suggestion, can you copy mechanic/lore information into first post, or include links to posts containing these informations there? For easier search :)
If it takes me two weeks or more to respond to a RP without prior notice, send me a PM. It's more likely I've missed the last post, forgot or got distracted and need a little reminder rather than deciding to drop the game without warning.

I'll try to get a post up at some point this evening/tomorrow. Things might slow down a bit during the week days. I've got classes all day on Tuesdays/Thursdays, and morning classes on Wednesdays/Fridays, so if I don't get a post up between Tuesday and Wednesday evening, I won't be able to get one up until Friday evening.

Lots of miscarriages.

^ Pretty much. The Dark Elven males are a rarity, and typically don't leave their villages unless exiled, so there hasn't been much of a chance to "experiment" with this given you'd have to do some serious shit to get exiled (though most serious crimes such as murder would lead to execution). It's partially why Dark Elves lure in human males for child-bearing purposes (even among dark elven couples). With human female dark elven male relationships, it would typically lead to the human female getting pregnant and having a miscarriage due to how things would react inside of her. Otherwise said human female would probably be ill for the majority of the pregnancy and bear a Dark Elven child at the end of it all.

I'm basically at the character limit in the first post. Working on getting all the information into a public Google document with an easy ctrl+F ToC function to go directly to any portion.

Approved! You'll start out with 18 Talons and the following spells/techniques:

Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Detect Undead- Even as one whom has fallen, you maintain your ability to detect those who are undead in nature when you focus yourself. More powerful undead can cause headaches, nosebleeds, etc. when detected.

Working on you three's models atm. Will plop back up the map with pics again next post in the RP thread.

Hey, GD, I was wondering what I should do to kill time while Zen is away since we're kinda linked and it'd be a bad idea to separate in the land of Mesh'la.

Well... From what I've gathered so far Dana probably wouldn't be too keen on leaving 'Nel, so I was planning on assuming direct control and have her "pass out from tiredness" in the next post here, and (with as limited control as I can write in) have her follow yah around as a sort of henchman until Zen's situation improves.

EDIT: Actually, that's what I'll probably end up doing with a lot of the groups to keep things moving if a specific person hasn't posted for a couple posts so that others in the group don't get bogged down.

Will Elenwe be able to use her power to see living beings at night? I'm seriously considering it for keeping watch...I'm not sure how well will it work with trees and plants all around, though

I'm looking through the OOC and I don't see any users that made a character named Garius...

Also, you forgot to add me in.

Slip of the tongue in my addled state last night. I was typing Garian while thinking Darius and the result was Garius. Fixing that now.

I'll get a post in tomorrow at some point. I apologize for how quickly things kinda fell off. With Uni starting back up things will be a bit slower, but after this first week or so once I've gotten back on track I'll be sure to get posts up relatively frequently again (every other or third day).

Right, so I think I'm going to designate future Wednesdays, Fridays, and Mondays (or maybe just Wednesdays and once per weekend) as my "post" days to keep myself sane.

I could probably plop up a post in an hour, but it would be shit quality... So while I hate making you guys wait so long (and apologize since these real life transitions are affecting this and the other RPs I'm in), I'm going to wait until Friday to get the next post up since I still have six responses to write (and have classes tomorrow from ten in the morning until ten in the evening- eugh).

Apologies also for the lack of organization with materials I promised to organize/lack of pictures. That'll also happen eventually (probably some time over the weekend), and should be back on schedule.

Pictures were/are a nice touch, but I don't see them being mandatory, especially if your time is needed elsewhere. Maybe just reserve them for special occasions, like encounters, or every x numbers of posts. Not to say that the pics aren't appreciated, but personally, I think the lore and general information stuff is more immersive than the NWN caps. I'm okay with designated posting days. It gives us some structure, and this way everybody has a clear window of opportunity to reply.
