Darius grunted as the last eyestalk turned to stone. He had expected to have run into something dangerous out here but not some creature that had such an affinity for dark magic. One at a time, he stuffed each of their bodies into the magic guild sack, watching each of their figures disappear from sight with a scowl. He patted Krafla, knowing that without her, he would probably be being eaten alive. It wasn't hard to see how they caught prey, especially after experiencing it first-hand. They'd paralyze them with raw fear and then slowly eat away at their prey while it laid helpless. "Devious and evil creatures. Good thing we took care of them, Krafla." The crow crowed in agreement as she began to peck and clean some of her torn feathers.

The tomb's door seemed locked in the sense it was a heavy stone door. Darius placed a hand on it, feeling for any weaknesses before deciding to save this tomb for another day. He guessed that the sun would be rising in a few hours, perhaps it was time to head back to the town for a few hours of sleep before heading to the other ruins that Krafla had spotted. He grabbed his backpack, slinging it over his back as he prepared to leave the forest the same way he had came.

Before he could take a few steps the glint of the moonstone caught his eye. Darius picked it up, examining it for any innate magical properties before his attention was diverted by nearby movement. A naked woman to be more precise. He eyed her warily as she gave him a thin excuse for being out in the middle of the woods, at night, naked. However she did give him an idea as he watched her dress with mild interest. "I don't know what or who you're talking about but I could use an experienced Treasure hunter myself. I'm Darius and this is my bird, we can go over logistics when we get back to merc town. I have rented space so we can share that for the time being."

She looked back at him over her shoulder as she dug through her bag and pulled out her weapons next,"Oh... awful forward Mister Darius. Inviting a girl to stay with him... you wouldn't happen to be a pervy mage would you?" She said winking as she wiggled her bum at him and straightened up again. Enough teasing for now. Now it was time for business,"Ahh yes. We will have to discuss things then. Treasure hunters are needed a lot nowadays huh?" She said with a grin,"Any ideas on when that will be? It is getting late and unless you intend to spend the night out here I'm assuming you'll be heading back... or heading into that ruin there. But if we do that we'll have to discuss business now." She said gathering her pack onto her back next to her short bow.

Despite her bests attempt to remain as quiet as possible, the faster the wolf thrusts into her the louder she moans, lost in delight, and eventually a stronger version of the rocking sensation felt before, when he was licking, is felt once again, making her loses all strength. The only reason her ass is still sticked out for the wolf is because he's holding it while humping into it like a madman... or better, a madwolf. Her inner walls contract around the animal's member, and it seems to grow even larger, stretching her even more and ramming into her womb with every push till, with one last and stronger than all the other thrusts, sticking the head of his soldier inside her baby chamber, a stream is released inside her. Still lost in the previous climax, which is prolonged thanks to the incoming seed filling to the brim her inner sanctuary, Ruby begins to twitch uncontrollably, convulsing and moaning out loud, while her spasming flower tries to milk as much baby batter from the wolf.

The feeling unexpectedly doesn't end soon, and with every new batch of seed released her orgasm is renewed, her eyes rolling back while losing herself in the pleasure induced by the insemination as her womb is packed full of that hot and thick fluid which, stoppered by both her womb and his knot, can't escape the union of their genitals, remaining in her baby chamber and doing his job in searching for her fertile ovum. Well, even if he finds it, it wouldn't happen anything because their species are different, or at least this is what the girl thought before orgasming, since after that she hasn't be able to think about anything at all and is still lost in the bliss. For some time they remains in that position, but then the wolf tries to hop off only to find out that it's stuck. For the girl, still lost in her pleasure, she's woken up from her trance by a painful feeling coming from the point where they are joined and, still in a daze, realizing that the wolf isn't able to pull out of her, her mind goes into panic and terror. As her senses are finally coming back, realizing that the act has ended but the point where she's conjoined with the wolf is still not free, in a panic-induced struggle Ruby tries to get him out of her, but as both her strength is still weak and his knot is still big, all her attempts are useless. After some times she resign herself, losing the hope of freedom as various scenarios play out in her head, but luckily not much later the wolf's member deflates and, with a loud pop goes out of her well-used flower. Her ass is still raised when the packed up seed inside her begins to emerge, flooding out of her groin and pooling between her legs. A lot comes out, but just enough to make her slight swollen belly return to normal, while her womb is practically still filled to the brim with his essence.

The ordeal has finally ended and she is free from the wolf, but she doesn't even have the strength to react. She simply slumps in this place filled by nasty smells and doesn't even mind as the wolf goes down to clean her with his tongue, ignoring him even as he goes out, and not much after her mind waver, tired from the ordeal (and probably from the various hits to the head received today too), and soon falls asleep.
However, her sleep is not calm as she does some strange dreams, worsening with each one that comes till comes one so bad that she inadvertently wakes up.
The scenario around her is not what she expected. Instead of the barn, she's in a forest. Her things are near, and she's cuddling with her deflowerer. Near there is what could be considered food brought by the wolf but... what exactly happened?
Her mind recalls the last things that happened and, thought her last memories are a bit fuzzy, she clearly remembers having been mated by the canine near her. Her hand goes to her belly, but there is nothing strange... aside from a sloshing feeling inside. Yes, in her tummy something is oozing around, and with every little movement that she does she feels it shifting around inside her, confirming that what happened in her memories is not imagination but the truth. Yes, she has been mated by the wolf and, in his intention to breed with her, he unleashed gallons of his essence inside her. Once again the disgust about what happened fills her mind, but at least there is the certainty that she shouldn't be able to bear him any child to not make her lose herself in despair, because... she can't bear him puppies, right? Well, right or not, if she thinks she's right so it is, at least till proven wrong. Her hand slides further down, touching her scratched waist and then reaching for her sore flower. Ruby winces a bit as her finger trails her aching opening, and stops when she touch something muddy. Her fingers touch it, probing it between them, and soon realize that it's the seed still flowing out of her womb.

Rain seems to fall, but thanks to the trees around she's not affected by it. She doesn't know where she is, not how far her position is from the fort or any town or village. The only thing she know is that, since she's lost into an unknown forest inhabited by unknown creatures, it would probably be better to still rely on the wolf snuggled against her. She is used to the wilderness, and probably even alone could survive if it was any old forest, but considering all the bad rumors she heard about this place it would not exactly be wise to move around without knowing anything about the local flora and fauna. First thing first, she should find a city and a way to get some funds. She isn't much used to heavy inhabited areas, but differently from her hometown now she can't always stay in the wood. And she won't always be so lucky as to find food and shelter, so having money to spend inside a city would be good.

Thinking about this and that, for now she remains cuddled with the wolf. Not that she has particularly friendly feelings about him after what he has done, but at least until she gets to a town he could still be pretty useful, and she doesn't think that he will go away just because she told him so. Well, since he already did what he wanted she doesn't think that he'll want to go at it again for at least some time, and hopes that before that times come she would have already got rid of him. The Stockholm syndrome might have something to do with her not killing him in his sleep and instead thinking rationally about what happened and what to do when morning comes, but let's not focus on the details.

For now, till morning comes, Ruby would remain cuddled with her defiler and then, after he wakes up, she will dress herself, equipping her weapon, and will try to "communicate" with the wolf with gesture and short words again, trying to make him understand that she wants to reach a town. Hopefully this time he will understand, and so she will follow him, while if he doesn't understand (and she understands that he doesn't understand) she will try to search for the nearest taller place, probably a tree, and remaining always alert she will try to climb it with the goal of reaching the top and get an "aerial" view of the area.

Deciding to give the man something to think about, Nel suggestively says, "Thanks. I'm sure I will if anything... comes up." She says before letting him leave and locking the door behind him. Just because she's thankful to him doesn't mean she has to be stupid with her safety. She saw how he was looking at Dana and part of why she acted the way she did just now was to deflect attention off of her. She's unsure how Dana would react to looks like the sailor was giving her, so best just to cut them off before they start.

Either way, with the Perrin gone, she decides to look over where she'll be staying for the night, deciding that it's more than what she's used to, but still not much at all. At least the bed looks nice, even if things are going to be a bit tight between the two of them. Turning to Dana, she says, "I have no problem sharing the bed if you don't." She's also unsure about dress protocol around strangers. Usually she sleeps in her knickers, but she's not sure if that'd be awkward for Dana or not. All this is telling her that she really needs to get used to being around people.

Rayle reads through the pamphlets thinking about all the useful things she might be able to harvest from the creatures if she could figure out a way to trick them. She wasn't sure if there was a market for the materials themselves but surely there would be for the products they made. She had to also admit she was curious about watching some of these creatures breed though she wouldn't admit it. When the drunk wandered over and pointed out her blush she only turned a darker scarlet shoving the pamphlets away. "I uhmm... just some letters from my husband..." She lied hoping he would believe she was taken and not try anything stupid.

Once the man led them outside, even though the glowing red eyes of the creature from the forest stared at them from out of the shadows Triana felt no fear, as it seemed unwilling to approach while they had the holy symbols. Though its constant watching did leave her a little unsettled and wary as the sailor spoke of the monsters that inhabited this land.

Triana listened intently to all he had to say, until he finished. It seemed nowhere was safe, even the roads seemed like a dubious protection to her. And she shivered at the thought of maybe having to choose between a cave full of monsters in the night or far worse aboveground. As bad as they were though, the monsters sounded manageable. The demonic creatures though... "Thank you for telling us all of this, it will be of great help in the future." And maybe future nightmare fuel, but she didn't add that part. "May I ask, where might we be able to get divine wards such as the one you hold to use against the demons? Our journeys might be safer if we had a little protection against those creatures..."

Triana was troubled by what she had heard, she had known that these lands were corrupt, but this... it wouldn't be enough to slay a few corrupt beasts here and there she knew, somehow she had to find the heart of all this corruption and destroy it before this land would know peace again

Darius chuckled, leaning on his staff. "I'm a desciple of Myn not Irilin so I'm actually not trying to lure you into sex with me. Besides I just cleared this area of monsters and I could use the rest and you could use a place to stay. Its simple generosity. As for your fee, everything is negotiable just not right now." He looked around hoping to spot any more trouble before they found them. "Lets get moving Amber. We can talk about your exciting day in the woods naked later. I feel there are far worse creatures out here than the ones I found." He gestured in a direction before taking point.

She nodded and grinned,"Alright then... but who is luring whom?" She teased again as she unslung her bow and prepared to follow into step behind him,"So um... where am I exactly? Care to clue me in? Last thing I remember was washing up on a beach after some ship troubles." She said as she took in her surroundings more carefully. She needed to be prepared for anything. Having someone else around was helpful but she didn't know him yet. He may have saved her but for what reason. Pervy mage....

((It's late and I'ma pass out, but I figured I'd leave this up for y'all before I do so! Obviously with some of these they won't take affect until you actually decide to go through with it *cough* Darius and Amber heading back to town*cough* I apologize if I forgot something/left something out/dun goofed horribly. Feel free to yell at me if I did so I can go back and fix it  ))

Garian
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM Roll; Memory- 5
GM Roll; Search- 10
GM Roll; Potential Encounter- 24

You wrack your brain for several minutes on what could possibly have allowed you to not hear that, and how the hell you got here to no avail. All you remember is the ship having departed when you got to town, and a great flash of light. You gather twigs and wood, your jacket becoming quite heavy as you search about. It's rather dark out right now, and you swear you hear a twig snap in the distance... Wood in hand, you decide to make your way back to the group. These forests are definitely not safe at night, and something in the back of your head seems to think you just barely avoided running into a monster.

Marjory (Suggest Shura/Elenwe reads as the second half involves Shura)
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM Roll; Dexterity- 6

The vine comes out easily enough with enough tugging, though it's a long process to avoid yanking it out too quickly or tearing. You finally get the last of it out with a small plop, leaving your anal cavity to air out as it slowly closes shut. It feels a little loose, and you have a feeling it's going to be sore in the morning, but you doubt the damage is permanent.

As you go to cut off the first pantleg, you note the slime immediately moves up and under the cut on Shura's clothes with a quick burst of speed. Maybe this wasn't the best idea...

Roxanne
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

((GM Note: Anything that costs less than a few silver I'm doing on an honor-based system since I won't count pocket change. I'm assuming she'd buy about a silver's worth? 5 packs?))

"Do ya happen ta 'now if dere be a ruin o' dungeon 'bout these par's? O' any par'ies dat be lookin' at summat like dat?"

You swear the woman almost laughs as you say this.

"Just take a step outside the town walls and walk around for a bit- you'll practically fall into one! Oh wait... You're serious... Well, the plains are littered with various ruins and the like, same with the forests if you look a little harder... Mesh'la is old, and since the Devil King was so keen on making sure those places of power were forgotten, a lot of them aren't even looted- obviously the further from civilization, the greater treasures you'll probably find... There was an archaeology team that was heading up to a clearing in the mountains, but no one in town has heard from them in ages. I think the mercenary guild had a bounty or something regarding them... Might be worth looking in to. The guild probably isn't accepting visitors right now though this late, and I was getting ready to close up shop when you came in to purchase that herbal tea..."

Deciding it best not to keep the shopkeeper, and knowing you can return in the morning, you make your way back to the inn. When you arrive, you find the red headed woman to have a face to match her hair, and at least one of your compatriots has stumbled back in as he lets out a hearty chuckle before heading over to his bed and stripping down to his skivvies, preparing to pass out for the evening.

Rayle
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM Roll; Bluff- 7 + 1 + 2(drunk) = 10

The adventurer stares at you for a very long moment before laughing.

"Ah'm surprised he let a catch like *hic* like yeh get 'way an' out here, hehe. Sure it's a beautiful letter fer..." He belches rather loudly, the smell of rum on his breath before continuing. "Sure it's nice and descriptive if yer turnin' those shades. Hah!"

Letting out a hearty laugh, he walks over to his bed, stripping down to a cloth draped around him more for modesty than anything as he goes to pass out, the woman from before standing now in the doorway.

Ruby (GM Note; Accelerating time slightly since you're pretty far from civilization/no one's around)
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

You feel almost lost in thought as you think about finding towns, locating food and shelter, what this wolf has done to you... You feel his raggedy body slightly lift and fall with his breaths. For all the fighting and strength this animal seemed to have, he feels fuzzy and gentle in your grasp, like a pillow as you nuzzle your cheek almost unconsciously into his fur. Even as close as you were, it was dark, but as the sun begins to rise in the distance, you notice that this animal looks almost malnourished, beaten and bruised, it's a miracle he was able to fight that drunkard. Probably because he thought he was protecting his mate, but there's no telling what this wolf's reasonings were, it's not like you can speak wolf... If you weren't in such a groggy state before, you probably could have thrown this "great beast" off of you if you caught him off-balance. Perhaps you overestimated the threat of your deflowerer?

Looking about, you seem to be in a denser patch of forest, and a small stream lies a little ways away from you. Your own naked form seems to have a good bit of grime and dirt on it. With the angle the sun comes up, it shines right past the trees into your clearing and over the stream as you turn back to your canine savior, thief, enemy, all at the same time...

You watch his ears twitch as he seems to detect your breathing, and slowly rolls away from you into the light trickle of water. You're rather startled as he shoves his muzzle into an all-too-familiar and sore area, seeming to inhale before growling. You go to stand up almost instinctively as he grabs hold of your wrist in his maw, trafficking you (and causing you to stumble back onto all fours) into the pure stream's water.

The sensation is like ice against your skin as the water meets your body. It's cold, almost freezing, but as you sit in it you feel an inner warmth, watching as the dried blood on the wolf and the dirt and grime on yourself from your previous experiences begins to wash off into the water. A purity of mind and body seems to wash over you in this stream as you watch a number of small fish swim by (the wolf somehow catching and eating one). The feeling is not unlike that you felt on your visits to the church of five.

Now clean from the chilly water, the wolf jumps out and rushes over to your clothes, pawing them, more specifically your pants, as if encouraging you to put them on... Surprising given his attitude the night prior about you wearing them. When you begin to make gestures and form words such as town, the wolf cocks its head, ears shooting up before turning south west and trotting in that direction. Getting out of the thickest bunches of trees, you note the tip of the tower through the trees to the north east.

Acharnel/Dana
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

The sailor looks to 'Nel for a moment before nodding, closing the door as he heads downstairs. You hear a faint "Night 'Ma" before the crotchety old steps carry the old woman upstairs and into the other room. Thin light pours in from the fireplace directly below you as you can see the sailor setting up the cot through small slivers in the floorboards, promptly passing out on them. If he had any intentions, they don't seem to take any precedence at the moment as he looks more interested in sleep than trying anything funny.

Gentle moonlight pours in from the opened shutter-window, letting in the lightest warm sea breeze as the ocean sparkles in the light. You note the dock gates closing as a number of small shadows of what you assume to be the "grubfish" people have been mentioning lumber about the artificial structure. Aside from the small bell or two blown by the sea breeze down at the docks, all seems to be peaceful.

Elspeth
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM Roll; Drinking- 3
GM Roll; Memory- 9

You slowly begin to regain consciousness with a yawn. Your heads rests comfortably on a quality pillow, and you seem to be in common clothes that are too big on you... Ugh, your head hurts... Trying to think back, you remember having a pilsner, then a glass of rum, then... Sure free drinks were free, but you usually had more control than that. Perhaps it was trying to impress the knight commander, perhaps it was just a burst of gluttony, but looking around you seem to be in one of the nicer bedrooms at the inn. Your armor is in a heap on the floor next to two other pairs. As vulnerable as you potentially are without it on, it's nice to be out of it for once, the comfortable bed you're on is made that much more comfortable without any metal bits jutting uncomfortably into your s- Wait hold on. Three sets of armor?

You double take, looking over the other two pairs. The one you recognize as Ser Ethans right off the bat, but given your current attire you're relatively sure he didn't try anything. The other pair catches you a bit off guard. That's Mydur's symbol, and that armor looks like that of a very high ranking knight commander's, mithral judging by the material... What in ravage's name is Myrduran armor of that quality doing on the floor next to your own and Ethan's!?

Your question is soon answered as you feel the slump of someone shifting behind you, their hand landing on your waist. Somehow managing to surpress any noises (or murderous intents), you turn your head to look at your would-be snuggler. A regal-looking woman in her late twenties (or perhaps early thirties?) is resting peacefully in her skivvies next to you, and behind her, Ethan seems to be passed out comfortably on the other side of the large bed. The name from earlier, this "Lendetta" fellow... Was this in fact who the messenger was talking about? You aren't entirely sure, but judging by the muscles on her arms and the lightest smell of sweat emanating off of her, it's not a long shot to guess that this woman might have been who was supposed to greet everyone at the docks before Ethan's fill-in. That still doesn't explain why the hell a Myrduran woman is asleep in a bed with Rastanites. She doesn't have alcohol on her breath, so she obviously wasn't drinking. And how'd she get into the room? In the lightest glimpses of memory you don't ever remember her being in them!

It's still very dark out, but judging by the moon's position through the curtains, it's very, very early morning.

Darius and Amber
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Moonstone... Nice little gem, this one's not too big, probably not worth a ton on the market, maybe ten, twenty talons if you find a less stingy merchant. All that being said, you do remember that moonstone is very nice as a substitution for many reagents in arcane magic and witchcraft potions when ground into a fine dust. Could be nice to have on hand.

Your trip back into town is largely undisturbed, though you feel as if something were watching you the whole way back. The patrol at the town gates opens up to let you in before promptly shutting them. She gives you two a quick search for wings, tails, or other signs of an illusion at work before letting you pass further into town though. The inn is rather quiet when you arrive, the innkeeper asleep on his bedroll behind the counter and a guard standing watch. The second floor notably seems to have the same mute spell as the mercenary guild did to block out unnecessary noise, and as you enter into your bedchambers, you note that your other three room mates are fast asleep, one of them snoring lightly. The bed itself was designed for a single person (though with some maneuvering two people who don't mind being rather close could probably fit in it), and probably looks mighty enticing right about now...

Alaric/Kylie/Triana
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM roll; Perception- 1

"So everything wants to rape you here. What are the traps? Wolves and hornets look dangerous - finding out they want to breed instead of kill you could be a nasty shock, but at least they're obvious threats. You mentioned passion vines - what else is dangerous that doesn't look like it's a threat?"

"See, that's where it gets a bit tricky... Yah never know what's rumors and what's truth. Find a random mushroom patch lyin' about? Its spores might just paralyze yeh for a couple minutes for all yeh know. Never underestimate the lil' ones though, they're the most dangerous... Eyestalks? Ye'd think they track by sight, but they actually track by vibration, eat yeh alive if yeh look at 'em directly though. Butterflies? If yeh so much as see one of 'em, run as if Ravage herself came down with one of 'em leashes intent on catchin yeh. Kobolds? Dumb as bricks, but they know how to ambush if yeh let one give yah the slip. Always gotta be careful."

"Thank you for telling us all of this, it will be of great help in the future. May I ask, where might we be able to get divine wards such as the one you hold to use against the demons? Our journeys might be safer if we had a little protection against those creatures..."

"What, this old thing?" He gives a small laugh as Kyle slips away to move down the path back towards town. He unhooks the cross from around his neck as he looks over it. "This is just an old heirloom from before the cataclysm. Represents Radamis the head, Serenith the chaste as the feet, with Caramyn as the arms."

It probably sounds a bit strange for him to refer to Cara and Myn as a single entity. Everyone knows they're twins, and the second cataclysm didn't change that... More theological folks might note that the two used to share a number of aspects before the second cataclysm, but they weren't that close.

"Bunch of clergy stayin' at town would probably sell yah a holy symbol, ward off lesser demons if they're by their lonesome. Not so much the bigger ones nor those in numbers, definitely not like this one. You'd probably have t'look through an old church ruin t'find one this pow-"

He pauses, turning to look at Kyle walking away as his eyes widen. It takes you a moment to realize why when you note the previously docile shadowy being in the distance has taken it upon itself to sprint at nearly inhumane speeds towards her as she doesn't seem to notice. The sailor takes off, shouting at the two of you to stay in the light.

Kylie (Alaric/Triana would see/hear this at a distance):

Knocking you to the ground, the sailor holds up his holy symbol. A translucent creature save for a pair of glowing red eyes lunges at the two of you, but the symbol seems to hold it back as it tries to attack from multiple angles with almost supernatural bursts of speed. The sailor kneeling over you shakes and quivers as you watch the symbol begin to crack. Finally, the beast opens up its maw, sharpened teeth as black and translucent as its being, spittle flying from its mouth as it lets out a terrifying shriek only inches from your face... One that sounds unlike anything you've heard, one that sounds... Unnatural. It's high pitch, shrilly with a deep roaring undertone. It pierces your ears like fingernails on a chalkboard or the squealing of two iron bars sheering against each other. The sailor notably quivers as the beast runs off for now.

"If yeh planned on going back t'town... At least get a light and symbol. That thing... That thing is not something you want to have to deal with."

After he grabbed what he could, while trying to remember what had happened when he got off that damned boat, he heard something, or at least thought he heard something, and decided not to stay around to find out and went back to where the others were waiting.

When he got back, he opened his coat and threw down the sticks, branches, and bark that he had found and looked at the others, "Alright, this should last until the morning, Do we have any food to eat?" He asked as he knelt down and started to bunch everything together to attempt a makeshift fire. It was then he looked up at Marjory and Shura(or was it Elenwe?) and raised an eyebrow, "What are you lot doing?" He asked and stood up to try and get a better look.

Elenwe looks as Marjory tries to remove slime from Shura's pants. "I've already tried that, it didn't work...these things are surprisingly smart...and fast, if they want to. Maybe fire will help. I don't know what exactly these things are and what they do, but it's your fault we're stuck with them." She starts using what little light is still left to check the nearest vicinity of their "campsite". She feels uneasy; although she's accustomed to being in monster-filled wildneress, she was always sure to know her surroundings first and prepare surprises for possible unwanted visitors, neither is possible now, and local inhabitants are apparently even worse then what lurked in the woods back home. She misses her falcon Alkyone, she forgot about her in the confusion after teleportation, paralysis and run to help the other woman and feels a little guildy about it. Elenwe doesn't dare to call for her now, but she hopes her feathered friend will be alright and she'll find her in the morning.
If it takes me two weeks or more to respond to a RP without prior notice, send me a PM. It's more likely I've missed the last post, forgot or got distracted and need a little reminder rather than deciding to drop the game without warning.

Lost in thoughts and in darkness, with only the wolf around to give her warmth, Ruby remains cuddled with him, awaiting the first lights of dawn. The coming day will probably be tiresome, so it would be better for her to relax while she can. Soon the sun wakes up, and with the first sunshine her surrounding begins to light up, allowing for a more clear view. The first thing she realizes is that the wolf seems to be in a worse condition than what she thought, and maybe she could have avoided what happened the day before if she knew it. Well, even in his condition he seems to have been in a lot of battles, so his experience could balance his condition and make him a fairly tough opponent, but... she's about to lose herself in thoughts again when she realizes that there is no point in thinking about the what and ifs, since it wouldn't change the fact that this wolf claimed her as his. It really seems like she's affected by the Stockholm syndrome as not only she isn't dwelling on the mating anymore and isn't even thinking about killing him at her first chance, but she's also feeling pity for him.

After lightly and affectionately patting a bit her deflowerer, her focus goes on her surroundings. She seems to be deep in the forest, and near there is a small stream. Thinking about it, both her and the wolf are quite dirty.
The wolf seems to be awakening, and in fact he wakes up, rolling in the water to clean himself. Well, he shoves once again his muzzle where he shouldn't, but she doesn't have time to react that he pulls her into the water.
It's freezing, but at the same time it feels almost purifying, a feeling similar to the one felt when she goes to the church. Ruby washes herself, without paying much attention to the wolf that in the meantime catches and eat his breakfast.
After finishing her bath, as she's about to go out of the water, the wolf precedes her and goes to her clothes. Guessing that he would once again rush off with them the girl starts running towards him, but stops soon as she sees that he's noticing her that he brought her pants too. Wait, is he giving her permission to wear pants? Seriously? Once again no point in dwelling on the details, for now Ruby plays along and just dries herself off as best as she can and then gets dressed, before starting to communicate with the wolf.
This time he seems to understand what she wants to say, and then begins to walk away. Ruby follows, always remaining alert of her surroundings, trying to memorize the path. She never know if it would be useful to know her way around here, and if the possibility ever arise that she would need that information, better be safe than sorry. As they reach a less dense patch of the forest, looking back she can see the tower from before from afar. Well, at lest the danger of encountering a mob of thugs shouldn't be there anymore, and the only problem left should be the fauna and possibly flora of the forest. After all, from the rumors about this place, most of the life around here should be quite hostile and much more dangerous than the other creatures in the mainland.

Rayle puts her pamphlets away and lays down on the bed preparing to go to sleep. She's not sure how much she trusts the others in the room but its a little late now... she tries to get some sleep before tomorrow. Hopefully if she leaves early she can avoid most of the crowds and slip out of the town in the morning.

Spotting the sailor pass out on his cot, Nel lets forth a small sigh of relief. She's not exactly sure why she's slightly uncomfortable around men, it might have something to do with that section of memories that she can't recall, but now that she knows for sure he won't try anything, a weight's been lifted from her shoulders. Looking through the open window, she sees what Perrin must have called the grubfish. Weird looking creatures they are, but Nel has no desire to come face to face with one during the night, so she closes the window and blocks it off as best she can so that no one can see through it or come through it without alerting her. With everything as secure as it's going to be without access to the forest, Nel yawns and prepares herself for bed. She still wonders if stripping would be awkward for Dana, but in the end she decides to just do it and if Dana feels uncomfortable she can put her clothes back on. So, now stripped to her underwear, she hops into bed, ready to end the day and begin a new one.

"Good night, Dana." She says as she starts to drift to sleep.

"Definitely not me, sweetheart. I'm on a purity pledge so try again in a few days. But you certainly have enough assets to make things interesting later on." He gave her a wink, returning the tease before growing sober as things took on a more serious edge. "Well it depends in what context do you mean? Do you mean the land itself, Mesh'la or the specific area? I haven't acquired a map yet but I know it isn't too far from the town. You say you washed up on a beach so perhaps you were on the boat that was attacked by the giant sea monster. Either way I can't give you a straight answer since I'm new to the island too."

He gave her a simple shrug, using the opportunity to look over his shoulders. He knew something was watching him but he knew better to confront something out here that had the tactical skill to hunt and stalk.

Darius was slightly surprised at how tight security was at the gates as he was checked and felt up for visible signs of corruption. "Try not to enjoy it too much, Amber. There will be plenty of time for that later." Everything else was a blur as they made their way through the town before finally arriving at their bed. "I'll give you a tour around town tomorrow. Then you can buy some supplies while I sell some items and meet a friend." He tossed his bag to the side and leaned his staff against the wall before slipping into bed. Krafla nested ontop of his head, exhausted from the fight. "Just crawl in behind me or something, I'm too tired to get gropey."

"FUCK!" Nearly as frightened as the sailor, Kylie took his hand in both of hers and bowed her head, a symbol of embarrassment and gratitude. "I don't know how I could've been so stupid. Thanks for saving me. Again. I promise, I'll do whatever I can to repay the favor." She graciously took the symbol in her hand and examined it, it cracks and fractures from the beast. As she walked back to grab a light for her walk back to town, she could not help but ask "What the hell was that thing anyway? Some kind of demon?" As she listened to his response, she gave a glance to Alaric and a nod of her head towards town, as if to ask him if he cared to accompany her. If what the sailor had said was true, she would certainly need his aid.

Roxanne roughly thanked the shopkeeper before heading back to the shared room.
She had a few anxious thoughts about sleeping, if she could anyways. But hopefully, Boron would do his job and watch over her during the night.
Wandering the streets back towards the room, she let her mind reach for the Feywilds, and pulled.
Upon her shoulder was her Fae companion, a sipirt fox she had met when she was just a child.
"Whotcha make o' dis place here?" she whispered below her breath to the spirit.

((Night Phase will end in a post or two and Morning will begin. I'm just wrapping things up so we can get to adventurin' here. My appologies that my responses are a bit briefer than usual. Today was a bit more exhausting than I thought it'd be...))

Garian
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM Roll; Perception- 1 (critical failure)

Your trip back to them in relatively uneventful. You can't help but get the nagging suspicion that something is following you, but every time you look around, there's nothing there. Perhaps the forest is just getting to you...

Elenwe
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

The area around you is rather simple. A number of large trees hang overhead, and the road is directly to the west. You see a number of mountains through the forest canopy in almost every direction except for south, from which a gentle sea breeze greets your nose. It seems safe enough as any spot unless you want to move a bit closer to the road, but there's no telling what sorts of bandits might roam it. You get the strange impression that most of these wild's inhabitants would rather avoid civilization, so it's probably safe. Your mind drifts to your majestic hawk, who hasn't shown up... There's no telling where they might be, but such predatory animals tend to be smart, so Alkyone is probably staying out of trouble.

Garian/Elenwe/Marjory/Shura
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM Roll; Misc.- 20

The four of you manage to set up a basic camp for the evening with ease should you choose to do so.

((GM Note- Consider it an auto-success and the slime will run away with surprising speed if you try to burn them off. Appologies for not making this one more descriptive.))

Ruby
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Chance Encounter; 63
1d8 = 3
GM Roll; Perception- 17 + 1 = 18

You travel quite a ways through the forest, and continue to go... And go... You swear at least a couple hours have passed during your trip as you continue onwards on a relatively downhill slant or flattened paths and brush.

Suddenly, your canine companion lets out a low growl and you stop, looking around... You spot three tan-green fellows through the brush. They seem to be positioned over a young man in leather armor, his axe embedded firmly into a nearby tree as the one stands over him with his blade at his neck, calling out loudly.

"Submit or die!"

Orcs...

Rayle
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

It takes some effort and a bit of tossing and turning, but sleep finally encloses on you, your cat alternating from time to time between cuddling on top of you, and prowling in the room's window.

Your dreams though are troubled...

((GM Note; You can have your own set of troubled dreams or I can create some. I'll leave it up to you.))

Dana and Acharnel
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

GM Roll; Listen- 2 + 1(misc) = 3

Dana lets out a mumbled "good night" as she takes off her armor torso piece and slumps down on the bed in her clothes, seeming to be quite exhausted as she passes out next to you.

Your sleep is rather peaceful as the small bells of the docks lull you to sleep. You swear you hear a small grunt and sigh downstairs, but it's almost in the back of your head. This town seems to be very communal, and the people quite kind. Considering the rumors you heard from the sialor and his mother, it's not too surprising that they've had to form such a close-knit society. The generosity they've shown to strangers is a bit strange, but then again as far as they're concerned, all these mercenaries are heroes in a way, and they're probably glad to have help eliminating any threat to their society.

Darius and Amber
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Your sleep is very troubled, those eyes seeming to bring a new level of madness to your dreams. Just when they reach their pinnacle when most would wake up in a cold sweat, they seem to begin to die down...

Roxanne
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Your companion informs you that this place isn't trustworthy... There is almost a dark mist in the feywild, and they've had to frequently leave it for periods of time to avoid the corruption of this land... The whole island seems to be stricken with this darkness, and there are parts of the forest where even the fairies who guard it avoid. This place is... Bad. And the spirits of the land seem almost tormented by whatever is causing it. The source seems to come from somewhere to the north west many day's travel away.

This place is bad. The town isn't that bad, but this island as a whole is very, very bad.

Kylie (possibly Alaric if he joins her)
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

"What the hell was that thing anyway? Some kind of demon?"

"No. That thing is... Older. Older than some of the deities."

He leaves it at that, seeming to refuse to talk about the matter further.

You arrive at the town without further trouble, but feel as if something is watching you with malicious intent the entire way. Whenever you turn your light source towards it, all you see is a small flash of red eyes followed by nothing. It's unnerving to say the least until you reach the various camps at the town's walls...

The town itself is quiet as sentries at the town gate pat you down and seem to check for signs of demonic presence before allowing you into town. It's dark, the sea breeze warmly blowing in. By now, most of the chimneys are no longer smoking, all the shops are closed and locked up. It seems the town has gone to sleep short of the town's night guards.

Triana (and Alaric if he stays)
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

The sailor closes and locks the door as you all enter, when he blows out the torch, the whole house begins to rumble and creak, as if it were going to tear down, fists slamming against the shutters and door for a few moments. The two girls seem used to it as they lay down in their beds, but it doesn't help when you hear a small scream outside, almost human-sounding, a woman crying.

It dies down though as the sailor stands by the door still, and finally ends as he lets out a sigh of held-in breath. The night is surprisingly quiet, but the house seems safe for the evening as he walks over and sits by the fire as it slowly dies.

Ingvildr
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Drubkirk, the city of sin... You had caught an early boat to the wastelands (costing nearly all your gold), and already attained a magic bag from the guild. You decided from the rumors you had heard weren't worth the trouble of traveling alone as you escorted some merchants and their caravan up to the city, gaining a few talons and lodging in the process. There you sat in the inn room, the sounds of debauchery and late-night shops and attractions filling the streets as you stared at the ceiling.

Elenwe returns from her recon and turns towards her new companions. "It would be stupid to sleep here without precautions. I can keep watch, I know a spell which would help me to see possible danger sneaking on us, but it's got drawback, I won't be able to see anything unliving while it's active, and I can't deactivate it on my own, so I'll need your help with other things. We need to get rid of these things too." She points at the slime on her leg. "Fire is the most obvious choice."

It wouldn't be the first sleepless night in her life, far from it. Elenwe decides that safety is more important then comfort here, fatigue will slow her tomorrow, but local inhabitants may kill or rape all of them tonight. In the morning, they can all go find some placer safer then the woods infested with horny monsters, either together, or each on his own. She doesn't fully trust her newfound companions to keep watch, and with Morsule's sight, she's better equiped for it anyway.

If the others agree to help her, she intends to stay awake whole night, keeping watch with Morsule's sight. If they won't, she'll keep watch anyway, but she'll wake someone to take second watch later, and don't use the spell.
