I am a pretty decent animator, and good level designer, but I really don't got a clue what type of game this is, I have not really been following this tread, anyone fill me in a bit?

Same thing here ... but as I really like this kind of stuff (projects that involve character design, vectors, etc ...), I'm using the little time I have to be able to accelerate the development of this game ... Anyway, good luck in what you're doing, and if you need help in anything, just roundhouse kick-me!!!

Well, basically its an action/adventure-rpg with sex scenes based game(Dragon Fable like). I have no expectations to finish this soon, we have so many ideas that i cant remember half right now. We have about 8 team members, but 6 are extremely busy right now, which means they cant work until the vacation.

Well'z recruitng.. i'm no help ;P, Except i could hold all the iles you have for ya just incase your computer or something dies XD, other than that im no help >.<

That's really nice to read, im also a Mangaka, but im on an amateur stage... We're in need of Animators, Scenario and Objects designers. Do ya have page, blog or something to expose ur drawings? I wanna see ur work, if possible. /Curious

Out of curiosity, what program did you use to make your backgrounds?

Photoshop, although it was a pain, at least I know my way around most of the tools and hotkeys. (L is lasso, ctrl+d is deselect.. um, that's 90% of what you use to get it to look like mine) I hear Sai is great.

Oki... depends on,
1: how good animator you need,
2: if you need a animator who can do all the work from start to finish,
3: how you want the communication and file sharing to work,
4: what actionscript you are going to work with and
5: how much work the animator have to put down.

Thats all i can think of for the moment.

1: I'm preaty new to animating this way so im not that good at it yet.
2: I can't guarantee that i am going to be able to, but i could try.
3: I'll get to this later i guess.
4: I think i could work in as3 if someone teach me some basic stuff otherwise i can only work in as2.
5: Hard to tell i guess.

No problem, practically all about .fla animations is new to me. Why cant u guarantee? Are you busy with some other project?
About the amount and how hard is the work, idk atm because i just made random models/npc's, some scenarios and objects. I have no prepared scene yet, I intend to start with character movement/breathing or something like that ...
