Not planned. I prefer to use all (or most of the enemies) we've made so far (83!!) first. And I need to make a dialogue and a scene with MIPS (the bunny). And I need to make Daisy scenes.
If we have more brainstorm and plausible reasons to add them, I can think about making them first, then they would appear from time to time, like MIPS, and have 1 or 2 scenes with Peach. But this need discussion, as well as Quiz and VintageBass as scripters.
OK. I still think it would be a funny idea. We already have regular Koopas in the sewers. In the red pipe sewers, we should have the Koopa Bros in that area (and perhaps expand that area. It could be their secret hideout. They could be planning to ambush Mario as their revenge). We should get VintageBass's and Quiz's opinions about this.

The knights aren't even remotely like mii's. They're more like easter eggs from the games creators, go to the right place and you can talk to or interact with them. The idea of creating a customizable player is kinda defeatest the pointest of it being a peach game.
Likewise, I doubt we can include characters for all the 'major donators' as I'm sure there will be quite a few. But I imagine Ivan could have a 'with thanks to' section in the credits that lists major donators
