Hmm... interesting.

When I was trying to figure out Misty's overall motivation as a character, I was thinking that she feels left-out by her sisters and therefore goes on a journey to try to prove to them that she's an adult. But in truth, maybe this is because she's attracted to them and wants to be included in their lesbian orgies?
Well how about this? What if Misty herself doesn't completely know. She just feels left-out in general as the younger sister, and events like this help her realize that she wants her sisters to play with her like they do with each other. She's still discovering what her preferences are, and other sides to herself.
Also, I think I need to modify what she says at the water gym to reflect these motivations.

I just checked. The website seems to be working fine. (I even refreshed the browser cache just to be sure)

When I finish pikachu stealing Misty's swimsuit I'll ran out of references so may I end squirtle's poses and then do a charmander.

I spent the whole day thinking about my own set of starters:

Fire: a jaguar with lava rivers through her body.
Ice/water: half squirrel, half killer whale. (intead of a squirrel tail she has a killer whale's head, like Mawhile)
grass: a flowered hummingbird.

I finished making the scene that plays when Ash returns to the Squirtle Squad hideout after leaving to get a Super Potion.
The Squirtles let him leave on the condition that he return before the next day, otherwise they'd keep Misty.
... so if you sleep at an inn before coming back, a different scene will play.

I added the cutscene pictures and revised Major Terra's interrogation, but... now it seems kind of long-winded and angsty.
But I think I know the solution: Divide it up.
Misty shouldn't explain all her feelings in just one scene. Instead, I'll add bits and pieces to previous scenes, so she discovers things about herself over time.

I expected the interrogation as she went to visit some kind of psychologist.
Before it, she had dissolved all her thoughts of being lesbian, and she was convinced she was straight.
During the interrogation she says this with no doubt, but Terra notices something extrange. Misty didn't even know she was lying, she was completely sure she was straight and all she wants is Ash's dick.
I wanted Terra not to tell her what she is, I expected her to make Misty discover the thruth by herself.
After the interrogation, Misty haven't discovered nothing yet, but the seed of the doubt is in her.
She's just too young to notice and it's attonished by the orgasm to think properly.
M: I shouldn't make that call too early (about Ash), she's not in love with me I don't know if he'll ever do.
maybe... maybe I'm a lesbian after all. this is the second time I had a lesbian experience and... I liked it.

Ok, when I saw the video of the interrogation, I wasn't happy at all. Things went too fast: "...but they treat me like a girl, they never..." what a weak girl

I posted the video in order to show the problem. I didn't like how the interrogation came out either. This is why I wrote up that plan afterwords... to fix it.
So instead of having Misty dump all of her thoughts and feelings at once during the interrogation and sound whiney and weak, I'll instead have the other existing scenes in the game each reveal a little bit about her. That way, the interrogation can just be another minor discovery instead of a sudden therapy session.
And as an extra bonus, it will make it look like Misty is growing as a character over time.

3rd thing to demonstrate: Between shows, the sisters have adult hobbies and do things that Misty can't do. So Misty tries to do adult things too. Try to out-do her sisters. To get around the law, she goes to Viridian city, the most lawless place there is.
To do things like:
wear sexy clothes, (sluttier than her sisters)
buy adult magazines, (tends to prefer magazines with women in them)
sex, (buy a hooker,  be a hooker,  or better yet... have a boyfriend to screw frequently)

The reason I didn't just use the interrogation text that you originally suggested earlier was because it sounded too much like a typical hentai. Instead of having Terra completely force herself on Misty, I thought it would be more interesting if she tempts Misty and seduces her, and Misty's own feelings make her realize she might actually be a lesbian.

Definition of Seduction: Tempting someone into doing something they already want to do.
(In Misty's case, she didn't fully recognize what she was feeling, and she discovers something surprising about herself.)

Not exactly, this game focuses more on straight sex and yuri, but no bestiality. (unless you count pokemorphs as feral)
Ash regularly gets molested by women like Officer Jenny, but he's utterly clueless to Misty's advances.
But Brock never gets any, in spite of his best efforts. (It's a running gag)
