Okay finally caught up on the new quests and changes, I got my usual 2 cents to add in, take em, leave em, modify my suggestions, etc.
First will be feedback on the new schedule system since that's what you're specifically asking for. While I like town events only taking a day and resting only takes 2 days, as well as having more time for each season to work, I'm not a fan of packing in 30 days all at once and trying to guess if you've got enough in strength or flexibility or whatever you are aiming for, to trigger the next event.
What I suggest is a system similar to the sim date games. I'm NOT saying you do a little bit of everything every day, but I do suggest you schedule yourself to do one event at a time. This could go either as you only schedule yourself to do something for one day at a time. Or it could be you schedule yourself to do something and get told how many days it will take to complete. Example: You select work and the job you want to do and you are told it'll take 6 days and maybe give a rough estimate of stat increase/decrease that you'll get for that state. You select rest and get told it'll take 2 days, you pick town and told it takes one day. You complete what you picked and then you're back at the house to pick the next task. It allows for more micro management. I'm also infavor of getting asked to do random stuff with Kari, or any NPC for various state boosts.
On the intelligence quest, I'd tweak the dialogue on the last event. It wasn't clear to me if the blue spirit was on my side or not, after how well the hot springs spirit went. Maybe something like "He might be my only chance to win, should I trust him" or something like that.
I defiantly approve of swapping costumes around, so you start in the slave outfit and get the Cerulian outfit for finishing the int. quest on the good ending. However this means the constitution happy ending now needs a new outfit. I still vote for the jungle looking outfit. I can't find an image of it but I'm pretty sure you know the one I'm talking about, green top and some leaves involved I think. Also another option would be to give her this outfit

It's what we'd planned on as it was the only thing we could think of to make for an outfit that looked a step below the cerulean armor or the slave leia look. Something that really says 'you're at the bottom of the totem pole around here, you have to work your way up.'
Started the flexibility quest, love the sandwich joke, that got a laugh out of me.
