Save slots

Yes, right! I will see what I can do to make a kind of black screen with "Do you want to save? (actual slot: 1)" YES NO Change Slot.
And the game title screen can have 'PLAY!' instead of NEW GAME and LOAD GAME.
Then, the game could force you to go to the LOAD screen. If you want a new game, just select the button 'NEW GAME' below the slots.
Better than an auto-save feature is the screen asking to save, at the end of each level. It isnt obstrusive because you can just skip it, pressing space.

After a while I came to the realization that it's a deep exploration of the psyche, taking something relatively meaningless like cookies and giving the player the ability to make decisions that are not morally right, but it does give you a lot more cookies. It shows that people are willing to destroy anything and know NO stop, no matter what it is they are collecting. Be it money, or cookies.
