I have a question about the "upcoming" update to the game. With this completely massive amount of content will the update be revamping the already covered content in the current version of the game (i.e. basically remaking the game) or will the new content be following the current stuff (i.e. added in from around Viridian City onwards)?

Also loving all the artwork being made for this game, keep it guys

Only 3 times??? Every 3 pages appear a couple of new users asking the same. If they are so impatient I believe they can read the latest messages to check if the game had recent activity. Even in August, when I filled pages only with my artwork, they asked for it. I know it should not, but this kind of things annoys me.

They look pretty nice.
I'm currently imagining what the gas puffs would look like as smoke, that would be interesting. Then I imagine how they'd look in the wilderness as shadows dancing through the mist.

... or they could be cigarette pokemon. With addictive nicotine smoke.

I need some help. When I load up the game, it comes up with the menu but when I press new game, it's just a black screen. Please help.

I think this tends to be an issue on Macintosh computers. For some reason, they can't play the intro video.

I just finished coding some Binoculars for Vermillion city. There's a sight-seeing view finder by the beach. If you use it, you'll be able to see characters and pokemon who are swimming in the ocean.
You can zoom in up to 10x, adjust the focus, and take photos of people if you have a good view of them. (fairly centered, good distance, good focus)
This code is re-usable, so it can have any background and any number of characters in a scene. And the camera features are optional. Any pictures that you take with the binoculars are sent to the game's photo gallery.

You can control it using the keyboard:
Arrow keys slide the view around.
"A" Zooms-in
"Z" Zooms-out
"S" Adjusts the focus up
"X" Adjusts the focus down
... or you can use the mouse:
Click the "up" "down" left" "right" labels to slide the image.
Click the blue + and - to zoom-in or zoom-out.
Click the red + and - to adjust the focus up or down.
... You can also adjust the focus with the mouse wheel.
