as for me Gorbie it depends take into consideration what she locks like with her real age, plus what you think is appropriate. Honestly I can go as far In either direction as long as there's no futa for me, but considering what the character looks like probably only mild suggestion and light sexual contact, it's a tricky situation when your dealing with a character that is over 10'000 years old but looks about 14.

I think i'm going to work on the lore for the magi just because that kinda needs to be done first and i need to know if people dislike it sooner than later.

There are 5 lords of the tentacle. Their names are: Akata; Ishini; eheme; uyuru; and odoso. When a creature is in it's prime of life, they are able to accept the gift of the serpent which is literally the ingestion of uninjured and live snake like creature from a servant of these dark gods. In doing so, you become a servant yourself. The snake connects itself to your heart and slowly leaches off your bodies resources to grow more snakes. It said that once it's strong enough, it will start feeding on your soul.

The followers of the dark lords and nearly always surrounded by tentacles. It's thought that tentacles are born from inside a followers body/ When the tentacle becomes large enough to survive the outside world and start to become a danger for the host, they leave by some means. some suggest they leave the same way as other parasitic worms by way of ass. Nothing semi scientific was ever done to prove this theory as a followers body was a sacred thing and not even the followers themselves are sure.

Generally the tentacles will bother a follower for a few days and then leave, letting a new batch of tentacles from the natural surroundings bother the follower.
Their is a general pattern to the rank for followers of the Dark lords.

priest/ess which are men and women who serve the dark lords normally tend to the other followers providing shelter, food and drinks but also server a role as missionaries to the dark ones. They are basically keepers of the faith. Generally they are swarming with about 10 tentacles most of the time. These are normally the highest ranked.

Magi are the followers that normally travel and protect others. They have gotten too much power to fast and because of this they are normally swarmed by about 30 tentacles which are normally used to attack people if a follower's life becomes endangered. These followers are keepers of the faithful. These are the second in commands.

Incubators are followers that do nothing but bath in the pleasure the tentacles bring. They are less worshipers and more of a energy source for the tentacles. It is not completely understood why they are needed but the dark gods deem it so. These women are always followed by no less than 50 tentacles and don't walk around. They are the lowest of the low are in fact considered harlots at times even by fellow followers.

Rankings normally work by your job title, but depending on the number of gods you worship, you could out rank a higher title. For instances a Incubator could be high rank then a priest. There is also time as a follower to consider.

That.... is alot of tentacles. How big are they, and are they visible all the time, hiding within cobes, etc?

A average sized tentacle is able to fit in to cupped hands. They're generally pinky sized except they're very long. these aren't the stereotypical hentai tentacle.
Unless we're talking about the tentacles around the incubators. Incubators basically sit around all day sexing it up.
