Clouds and music is very very good. But i think battle with Ridley with such clouds will be perfect to make on the roof of techno urban building - may be i am wrong.

What is the sound in it ? Clouds are very very good - but why such a big size of SWF ?

(P.S. - i tryed to remake all i have on AS2 => fail  - so did not wright so long :D )

I can't draw ground, but I could make bad ass tower platform with clouds, also, it's so big because on last page I matched the size of that swf. But if the final game is going to be smaller, please send me dimensions. I like the tower battle I can make it epic.

Also I really wanted to use something with the clouds like I did in this scene from a game I am making. It looks cool, but on such a large screen size as the one I did before it lags so bad. In case your wondering, no it's not coded yet, just rough example of what I can do with back ground.

*NOTE: this is from a small scene in my game, please do not take anything from it without my permission, it not part of LoK, just using it as an example

Are you caching background movie clips as bitmap? help defeats lag:

edit - took out imbed since no preload

select movie clip then properties -> display -> check Cache as Bitmap

if you don't, flash re vectors and loads the pixels as they come on screen.... causes lag ; this saves the clip as cached picture so flash does not revec

wouldnt reccomend for sprites tho--- wierd stuff happens.... elf has no left hand... but she does! but it doesnt show o.0 works well for background scrolls though

It still looks pretty cool. I like the moving clouds in the background too. Also.. I wasn't seeing any lag on my end. If your worried about file size, that audio clip could probably be encoded with a lower bit rate.

Your idea for making a tower platform sounds like it would fit perfectly into the game. 8-)

I think the platform looks pretty sweet actually. In terms of lag - I'm not noticing anything too severe (maybe the odd hiccup or frame transition problem?). Its probably OK. I do have the quality settings finished and available too if its causing too much lag ingame, the user can change those.

Coool Cool Cool !!!

What is the name of music in your works ? Cool fight with boss  .

When i start to remake all i have on AS2 from AS3 and fail i get 1 interesting idea - to seporate all i have on stages of story like (Samus get order to bring Krystal. Her Space ship was broken and land on planet that was not researched. So they have not got any info about that planet (only info had Kry - so thay land on one of continents and start researching to find Kry. On there way to planet ship was sudenly attacked by strange kreatures - but did not get serios damage)

So i try to make all like seporate symbols to put each one on 1 frame of main story movie. (They have to work independently and do not hamper each other).

I do not know why - but it's size in FLA are more than 10 MB so i did not post it here

This flash is realy very interesting for me becouse:

Very nice gorepete2. Loving the movement as well - makes her actually feel like she weighs something. Can't wait to see how this progresses. :D
