Firstly, the world of CoC itself seems to argue against that.

Secondly, have you never heard of consensual rape? Its a type of role-play some people do.

Bio: Jack was a nobody, a drunk nobody in the village paid attention to, except one person. A especially caring girl who always brought him some food and good conversation. Not understanding how cruel the higher ups form the town could be to do something like this Jack raged against the town, but for his status he was not heard. When the time had come for her to go through the portal Jack staggered up, drunk as always, Begging to take her place. The town agreed, glad to be rid off him, asking if there was something he wanted for a send off. Jack asked for a bottle of whiskey and headed off into the portal not knowing what waited for him.
