The only time I have a problem with losing animations is when I have no trouble getting past every enemy they throw at me. I hate having to stop and intentionally lose to some stupidly easy enemy just to log the CG.

The best games I've ever played, I end up losing to every enemy at least once, just because they all operate differently.

First off, I'd like to say: great game, 'nuff said.

Secondly, although i am aware that i may be late with this information i would like to inform everyone who's had the "grey screen" issue that i have found a way to fix it! i just hope i posted this in time to ACTUALLY help someone before the swf has been released ^_^"

now, i have to ask: when unzipping the downloaded file do you, or do you not see seven individual files? there should be one .exe, two .ttf (named "joystix" and "KRYSTOID") , and four .swf files (named "credits" "Intro" "Tutorial" and "logo"). if the Boolean to this question equates to true (so if the answer is yes XP) then you're in luck because the fix should be simple.

- First you must extract all the files to a nice little folder somewhere on your computer so you can move them around at will.

- Second you must create two new folders in the same place you extracted all the previous files. one should be named "Fonts" and the other "CutScenes" without quotes. take care to be case sensitive, just in case, i don't know how finicky flash would be about directory names ">.>

- Third you must move the two .tff files into the Fonts folder and move the four .swf files into the CutScenes folder.

- Four, double click on the .exe and ENJOY! this fixed it for me, i have no idea what the problem would be otherwise, took me 3 hours of fiddling around with the game until this hypothesis came into my little noggin XD i came across this problem on some other downloadable indev games i played way back in the day and thought it just might work, thank GOD i was right... now back to losing at this game... ">.>

And if you return, you'd better bring some donuts.

ON TOPIC: I'm pretty sure the new demo will be released before June 20th. I hope it's before than that :D

Keep it cool, fellas.

On the other hand, Dawknight, remember that phrase "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all"? Well, this is the internet, so I won't tell ya to go by that, but I will say try to have more productive things to say in the future.

I'm beginning to get a hard on, it must mean the game is close. *duck face*

Absolutely enjoy the game play. if not for that, then this would just be a well done hentai reel. That's a plus! yet all the fighting and platforming makes it soo much more.

cheers!

I'm interested in the costumes you're planning. Hoping to see some other game catgirl costumes (Taokaka, Felicia, etc.) since I think they probably wouldn't be too hard to do!

I'm not a programer, (yet! :3) though fish plus fish+fish= 8 in the programing language by using strings, I would dare day with a monocle and a bubble blower for the up most fancy effect in the gaming industry world today that it would probably be more time consuming than we think :D that's just the way art goes in games, the most exquisite thing that can involve phantom spiders may have a long, long quest of it's very own.

Well if you read his blog he said that if they can't get the voice actress to come in they're going to release the next demo June 16. (I think that's what the date was anyway.)

Does anybody else read this in Donald Ducks voice, or is it just me?

In other news, I am liking this game!

edit: When I say donald ducks voice, I mean when he is posing as a detective/super hero.

the download section still lists the 2012 date, but if you click on the download link(at least the 4 shared one) it takes you to a file with today's date.
