Magneton is three Magnemites fused into one, so how would that look? We going to be having some Siamese triplets going on? Though according to Humbird0's "planned pokemorphs" Magneton is a moot point anyway.

Hi guys sorry for the time, but my free time was just in the night. from tomorrow i think i can start color a bit. Humb, there's anything that is needed in short time?

Nothing particularly urgent.
But I think we should focus on coloring the new water pokemon for the Cerulean gym.
Water pokemon: poliwag, goldeen, krabby, omanyte
Aside from that, the tentacool and electric pokemon will play a part in Vermillion City.
Electric pokemon: electrabuzz
And Diglett needs color.

If you feel like coloring humans, there's the schoolgirl and the beach babes.

I think occasional updates that only updates minute things like the artwork and such would be nice. An update doesn't have to bring in major stuff. Just small noticeable things that keep the anxious sated and keep them from howling about lack of updates.

That's a good point.
I recently replaced most of the character graphics, which probably qualifies as "noticeable"
The new graphics came from Pokemon Ranger for the DS. I'm still looking for cheerleader sprites though.

I don't have time right now though. I gotta get up in 7 hours for work.

Little update:
I just finished the drawing of Scyther. I hope you accept another not-listed Pokémon from me.
Anyway, I will start drawing the Horny pose tomorrow, and since Dropbox is bitching around at the moment, I cannot show you my drawing just yet.
I'm not satisfied with the head though. Its "scythericedness" does not fit her human torso perfectly, but you will see for yourself.

She looks pretty good to me.
I'll add it to the list of sythers we have.
This might be the next poll.

I'll work on a second pose for Vaporeon next, anyways any feedback is appreciated. I couldn't think of how to make this particular pokemon sexy so I just went with robot girl and then tried to add some of magnemite's feature, which is pretty much just magnets...

Why not just have three separate magnamites together as a group, sort of like Dugtrio.
It's funny to imagine three magnamites accidentally getting stuck together because of their magnets.
Maybe they're struggling to separate, or it could even be accidental bondage.
They could even play with each other when they get horny.

Regarding Magnemite/Magneton I just thought I'd point out that magnets can induce electricity, so maybe for horny pose you could have two using their magnets to spark the other's breasts/vagina etc. Idk how you could use it, I'm just here for the science.

There is one major problem with this though:
I'd probably get spammed by people telling me about "bugs" (incomplete features) and "missing" content (incomplete scenes) all because I posted an incomplete and untested update. What makes this annoying is that I'd get many many duplicate bug-reports, as if the bugs are there by accident, when in fact it's merely incomplete content. I'd get distracted fixing them to appease people instead of finishing things.

Maybe I should have a "stable" version and a "broken-incomplete" version. Something that'll clearly imply that bugs should be expected. Not everyone understands the concept of an "alpha" release.

I can easily test things and iron out bugs without help. But I don't want people to ask me to polish what's there and distract me from adding stuff. I'd rather fix bugs and polish a scene after it's actually complete. Besides, I might want to scrap ideas and replace them with better ideas. Polish would be a waste of time if I want to be able to change things around.
People want the game to be finished now and for saved games to be compatible with previous versions. But these are not episodes. It's a single work in progress. It makes perfect sense to completely rearrange things as needed if newer better ideas emerge. Ideally, bugs and compatibility should only matter when the game is 100% completely done. But since I already told people about the game, they'll naturally want it to immediately be playable, which it is. But I cannot guarantee that it won't change as I work on it. Games are not made linearly. They go through revisions. I might add new content to very early parts of the game, or I might reconsider a character's motivations and change existing scenes to reflect that, or I might add new pokemon and completely change the balance and leveling-up progression. If you simply continue where you left off as if it was a new episode, you'll completely miss all of that, and a new balance might make it your current pokemon either way too strong or way too weak. I might even change which moves they're supposed to have, and the saved game would still use their old moves. I might rename some of the pokemon to fix typos and your saved game will think those pokemon are missing from the game and malfunction. The game needs to be able to change in drastic ways to accommodate new ideas and content.

So... I have my doubts about releasing a potentially unplayable version of the game.

Maybe I could have my character give the player a guided tour of upcoming content. Of course, creating the tour would take time. Time that could be spent actually finishing that content. But to be perfectly honest, I often lack the motivation to work on the game, so maybe the task of creating a tour would give me a jump-start to work on the game again. Maybe fixing "bugs" would give me specific tasks to do.

I discovered that there's a pokemon game with much better-looking character sprites: Pokemon Ranger


So I spent my day off replacing most of the characters in the game with these new sprites.

I even custom-made a new Officer Jenny from one of them.


But now I've just discovered that there was a Pokemon Rangers 2 & 3, and that their sprites are much better animated.

So I'll have to do it all over again.

But on the bright side, I think I've finally found some high-quality cheerleader sprites.

Or you could simply by the old standard and use the first and fourth sprite (counting from the left) of each walking cycle.
This way you would have less work and all characters would still have the same level of animation.

I'm kinda looking forward to this poll. If the mass should (for unfathomable reasons) consider my Scyther as the winner, I will of course start looking again for a good position for the Horny version, since I, to be honest, abandoned this one. Do you maybe have an idea for it?

Here is the first pose of a Hitmonchan, I got distracted and have wanted to draw a hitmon(anything) for a while so here is my attempt at a hitmonchan. She's wearing clothes in the first pose but I'll be sure to change that in the second one. Anwayways tell me what you think.
