ok I lied I didn't give up yet I picked a new pokemon that does not have a question mark next to it and this is my outcome Humbird0 you asked for flat colors then you would do the shading so that's what I did.

not happy with the way the eyes turned out but that's close to the color for the orgigonal
In short I want your opinion am I on the right path for colors and suchI know I need to clean it up a bit but I'm just getting ready for bed and wanted to ask if I'm atleast getting the right outcome for what you want.
feel free to give me your thoughts guys.

I went back and redid the image to get rid of all the grey bits that were not meant to be there and and finished it the best I can.

I expected the black area of the mouth to be her teeth, look at the original. the lines, in general, need to be rounded at some points, like the knee, the left foot it's supposed to be a paw, so don't need nails. And the right foot also has a useless line over the first toe, counting from left.

seems good to me for being a first attempt.

I was having a hard time figuring out what lines were meant to be there and not lol some of them was a no brainer others not as much so. ok I think I fixed the issues

oh and the extra lines in the hair right up by her forehead were they meant to be there or did you erase those and they didn't go away 100%

try to round betther the boobs and the iris.

the belly doesnt convince me, i think it has to finish in the pussy/anus (use sandshrew as a reference).

do you mean where it would show a tiny bit of pussy or ass at the lower half of her leg?
I think I might have found a clever way of adding the pussy not sure on the idea yet because I would need to add the same idea to both other poses if it works.

I figured out what was buging me about the face the left eye looked weird for some reason I think this fixes it.
I also tweaked the nose a little then moved it to the right it looked to off center sorry

It's for the first camping scene where the spearows fly off with Misty.

...On the other hand, if I ever get the "mode 7" effect figured out, maybe I can add flying later on, like in Secret of Mana.

well now there are going to be some delays in me going back to working on the coloring... I started on violet yesterday while waiting for the approval of vulpix just to keep my self amused but when I left for work I forgot to save and my computer crashed on me when I was almost done with all the work for her so right now I'm to angry at my pc to work on more I'll be back to it soon though... I'll get bored and want work.

She turned out good and it don't really make any problems for me I don't know about campo but I just fill in the lines that are broken and just copy them to a new layer and use a white background to remove any flaws in the paper
