Stop with the words.

They get in the way of the beautiful artwork.

Especially the black and white bridge... that just made me jaw-drop, and reminded me of that video of Bad Apple!! (which I loved, btw, so being compared to that is a good thing).

I was afraid the sequence wouldn't make sense without some text for context, but I think Katsu was leaning that way so we could go either direction with it, so if anyone else has an opinion on the words, we appreciate the feedback ^_^

Oh, I liked the words. I mean, on the one hand, they stopped me from making a halfway decent comment because everything I wanted to say ended up questions that probably couldn't be answered on account of spoilers. On the other, it filled me with questions that probably couldn't be answered because of spoilers - this is a good thing, because grabbing my curiosity is an excellent way to hold my interest. So I'm pro words.

Please, keep the words in, they do need to be there to tell a story. I guess I wasn't being obvious enough that I really did want the words there, but your artwork was just too good. xD

The concept seems neat so far. I really hope this turns out to be a great game. Although the one thing I would like (other than to play the game) is the ability to skip the opening text. I mean, I think the story so far is cool, but the text moves reeeeeeeeeeeaaalllllly slow.

@KingKaor oh, you're looking at the concept demo. Take a look at the teaser, it should give you a better idea of what to expect.

Though I have to ask, is this basically the full thing, or will we be looking at more details (hair styles, etc) we'll be able to edit? It's certainly already amazing as is, of course, but I'm curious all the same!

And on the 'hermaphrodite' front. What is 'hetero/homosexual' in a hermaphrodite's case, anyways? And will there be hermaphrodite characters, or would that be held simply to players? Are there characters that prefer hermaphrodites?

Welp I'm off to play with the customizer a bit more then!

Nice work on the character customization, one small thing though is that the correct spelling is "species" (only one 'i'). Other than that it's looking good

@Wonderful Hawk there will most likely be an additional way you can customize your character in the game, but that is pretty much the full thing. We had to keep the amount of customization fairly low to make it all manageable, but with the addition of clothes, you can give your character many different looks.

In this case, the herms are like females. Which means that hetero would mean attracted to males and homo would be attracted to females and herms. All I can say is that there is hermaphrodite characters, you'll find out who they are. As for characters prefering herms, it is certainly something that I have thought about and it should be a part of it all.

Just wanted to let everyone know this project is far from dead or on hold. I am working on one part or another of it nearly everyday. The outline of the game structure is fleshed out, so we can begin writing the script of the game. Most of the major mechanics are worked out (just a lot of programing on Katsu's part) and we have a good idea of how the sex scenes will progress. We could always use some more hands on deck, but even with just me, Red and Katsu developing it, I think we can bring this game to finish!

and the player-created character blends seamlessly with the NPCs

WOW those were awesome can't wait for a playable version of the game also, I'd like to see some of the minigames if you add them in the game.I don't know why but I really love minigames it's like a kinder egg you get the chocolate but you also get something extra

Then I think you'll be happy, were still working on it, but we have 2 unique mini-game jobs associated with every dateable character. We may not be able to implement all of that, as its pretty ambitious, but worry not there will be lots of mini games, as well as a casino planned with poker and slot machines.

this is easily my favorite project at the minute, I really want to see this one finished, I love games that aren't just about the sex.

You said you could use more hands on deck and you might not be able to make all the mini-games. If you wanted, I would be happy to have a go at making the minigames for you. At the very least, if you aren't going to implement them all, I could prototype a few for you to see which ones work out better.

One thing that I'm especially happy about is to see how patient everyone is and how appreciative you are for the updates even at this scale.

@Irelevantcomment we appreciate your offer. Most importantly, I need to know what language you're using. If you're using Actionscript 3.0, then we have a bit of a problem, because I use Actionscript 2.0.
