Lately, I've been thinking about who the characters are, their backstories, and what motivates them.

To start with, here's my analysis of Jessie:

She later teams up with Likitung as they plot to take over Team Rocket.

Introduce them 'alien arrival' style.
A meteor is sighted.
When people investigate the crash-site, it's fascinatingly unusual.
Meanwhile, some unusual pokemon have been sighted. Nobody really notices since they're too distracted by the strange landing site.
Strangely, the pokemon seem to be coordinated and working together. What are they up to? Stuff has been disappearing. People in Pewter assume it's the rock gang. But the missing items are strangely mundane or worthless. They are trying to scavenge parts to build a new spaceship. They know how to build a super-advanced vehicle, but cannot find suitable technology.

Alien abduction:
Faced with the possibility of being unable to return, they begin studying people to learn how to get along with them. Having a sexual culture, they study how to pleasure people, so they can build what they consider to be 'friendships.' Using a stun-ray, they drag away their subject of interest. They are molested, and memory-wiped. The memory-loss is unintentional. The orgasms are so intense they give people short-term amnesia of the events. Formerly missing, naked people find themselves in the wilderness with no idea how they got there, but feeling strangely good. To the police, it seems like a typical rape crime except they are completely unharmed, feel happy, and strangely all have amnesia of the actual events. Psychological trauma... maybe? Their psychological expert incidentally states that not all 'traumas' are negative. They're merely intense experiences the mind cannot handle.
This mystery resides in the background of many towns until, eventually, it happens to someone you know (Probably Misty). Upon finding them, you discover a fascinating clue. Their pokedex is malfunctioning and you also find a crude but detailed scribble-drawing (How old are these kidnappers??). It turns out to be an advanced multidimensional blueprint. A page with 1/4 seemingly cut out and missing. It's actually meant to be folded and read as a cube. Someone very intelligent is involved with these kidnappings.
Consulting Bill in Cerulean, he gets excited upon seeing the blueprint. police mistakenly suspect him and arrest him, confiscating the blueprint as evidence, but he's actually innocent. Upon "bribing" officer Jenny, you visit him in jail to find out what he knows. The police hope you can get more out of him than they could. Hackers are notoriously good at hiding and disguising information. Bill suspects that aliens are behind the blueprint.
He thinks he can build the device, but he only remembers part of the blueprint. The police don't believe his story about aliens, and think he's just crazy. Later he starts taking apart his radio, which also seems crazy. Bill decides to play-up the crazy act. The police let him have his fun with the radio until his day in court. Later, you witness the same peculiar pokemon stunning a person, undressing them, and dragging them away. You interrupt this event. The pokemon flee, leaving behind the stun ray and the person, who remembers everything. Her testimony clears Bill's name. The police go to free 'the crackpot' and send him to the sanitarium. On the way there, Bill suddenly levitates and flies away. Then you receive a cryptic message from him on the malfunctioning pokedex suggesting where you'll find him.
When you and Officer Jenny find him, he's helping the Clefairies finish a silly-looking spaceship, constructed out of kitchen-sinks and pokedex's stolen from the abducted trainers. He now seems completely sane. He explains how he pretended to be crazy, allowing him to opportunity to build a levitating force-field out of the radio in his cell.
The spaceship takes off.
Bill then builds a force-field TM for you, as thanks for showing him the advanced blueprint that's taught him so much.

humb if yoou wanna a flat color i've saved the project. by the way, i've watched your shading and for me is a little difficult XD you're the best in shading, i dunno how to do... i mean, what form give to each particular.

I created another tutorial recently that explains how to think about shading.
Specifically, it shows the major things that I learned over the years that made the biggest difference for my shading ability.

Also, I really need to update my shading demonstration video. It's actually kind of old and I use a slightly different approach these days.

by the way Humbird0, never figured why this one (Clefable) is on your list. Which is her purpose?

My original idea was to have them residing in a cave in the southern desert of Pewter. But you can only get to that part of the cave after you get the swim ability... as a kind of hidden bonus. By that point in the game, your pokemon would be leveled up enough to be evolved, so it made sense to use evolved Clefables. I don't know whether or not I'll keep it that way since I just recently came up with a new scenario for the Clefairies or Clefables where they crash-land as aliens and try to build a new spaceship.
(This is sort of canon by the way. The TV show has an episode where a researcher on Mt Moon thinks Pokemon came to Earth from elsewhere, and suspects the Moon Stone was their spaceship.)

P.S. Trainers don't need back poses by this time, aren't they?

I had this idea a while ago when I was working on my sex combat system (if any of you saw that). I think it could work quite well, although I don't know if it would be too different / too hard to implement for this game. I didn't want to start another Pokemon project when there was already 3 active ones on here (and let's be honest, I wouldn't finish it). Basically, you would be able to choose from a list of combat or sexual options and win by causing the other Pokemon/trainer to orgasm or faint as phoenyxz said. Although maybe you could make it so that to beat Pokemon you use combat options, and then sexual options against trainers. idk, but if enough people are interested I will play around with this (assuming Humbird doesn't want to use the idea - he would do it better than me anyway)

Since these "attacks" are so specific, maybe they should be used for a daycare center where pokemorphs breed with each other. If I remember right, in the original games, pokemon would only breed with certain other pokemon. So in my game, learning the right combinations could result in a sexy picture scene. And of course coming back there after using the Rocketball on a few trainers could have some nice results too.

You can try this if you want to.
It wouldn't make sense for me to completely scrap my existing battle system.
Just keep in mind that it would be exhausting to create a picture for every possible combination of pokemon who might "fight" each other.
