That's actually a pretty clever idea. Make a game out of finding Team Rocket agents.
Aside from that, my idea is to have Misty volunteer to help a struggling magician (like in the TV show) and he hypnotizes her into thinking she's a Seel and she takes off her clothes, making the show a huge success.
