Elixia smirk with confidence as she was in a combat stance against a blaziken. She then went for a leg sweep, quickly thereafter making a mad dash for the finish line. Hoping the blaziken would jump up and she would get the time she needed to make it across, before it pulls her back or worse.

Elly
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Sableye, now Ruby, makes a show of seeming indifferent to her new name, but you see a small grin on her face anyway. The grin reveals quite a row of sharp teeth, but you know it’s in a nonthreatening way.

At your question, the man raises up once again, but is immediately cowed by the look the woman gives him, an almost evil look of pure malice, promising a none too swift end in mind for him if he even begins his newest perverted sentence. Turning back to you with a smile on her face, as if the face of evil never happened, she says, “Well, if you need to decide if you wanna be big scale like my boss or small scale like this place used to be. Then you need to figure out if you want to specialize or be general. Specializing makes more money, but they get a lot less clientele. I know this one family out in Mossdeep that makes out alright doing nothing by Psychic with a little Dark, but that’s a rarity. Once you’ve got all that figured out…”

“I think she just means the basics, Marin.” the man says, the first non-sexual thing out of his mouth in your presence. At that, the excitement she’d been slowly building up in her explanation dims a little as she realizes how in depth she was going.

“Oh, oops! Well, you either need to get licensed by an accredited institute. There’s classes and practicals, which is basically going on a Pokemon adventure, and all that jazz. Or you can learn from someone who knows what they’re doing. You can either go find my boss, he usually stays in Mauville, or you can find the family I was talking about in Mossdeep. The family might have more time since my boss IS running a region wide business, but my boss knows about more types of Pokemon, though the Mossdeep family can probably figure it out.”

Fang barked with joy at his newest companion, Elly smiled even more.

Before long Elly was just barely keeping up with everything the lady said, keeping up with a series of nods and 'uh huh's. This was also probably the first time Elly felt thankful to the man, and still extremely confused. She thought about what the lady said, and felt it was probably best for herself to stay on the 'practical' side of breeding Pokemon, so she could keep moving as she needed.
"Hmmm... I don't think I'll be going to Mossdeep any time soon, especially without a boat... or water Pokemon... but I'll make sure to make a stop there... first of I think I should see your Boss." Elly smiled, and continued, "I guess I'll be making my way then... thank you for Ruby... sir and ma'am... uhm... what's your Boss' name?" Elly asked. It'd be much easier for her to look for the man if she knew his name at least.

Claire runs over and grabs the pokeball she threw at pidgey. "Okay Mudkip! Dodge it and then tackle it as hard as you can again okay?" she shouts. She grips the pokeball tighter and then runs back to her original position. "Come on... You can do this Mudkip. I believe in you..." she says quietly. She looks back at the other trainers observing and sighs. Afterwards she returns her attention back over to the battle. "Come on Mudkip. You can do this..."

Madison might as well explain himself in full to the Gym Leader Norman. Before he does so he bowed his head to the Shop Keeper and then turned his attention back to the Gym Leader. "I came here from Orre so that I could join the Hoenn League. Since my region has no League of it's own I had to head over here in order to pursue my own journey as it were." Madison would sum things up as they didn't need to hear the life story version of it all. Just to sum up would be enough. "Hopefully there are officers at that PokéCenter waiting for them. Anyway in short I am here to train and acquire badges so hopefully as a Gym Leader perhaps you could give me the right directions on how this works exactly." Naturally Madison would pay the Shop Keeper a visit when he had the time but for now she was going to be busy cleaning up the place. He would need supplies anyway so it made sense.

Samantha isn't completely surprised the Pidgey wasn't caught, it looked pretty determined to remain in the wild with that grim look on its face. She turned slightly to look at Claire as she said "If you want help, don't be afraid to ask. Right Shadow?"

As Varen heads off to route 101 he quickly checks over his supplies and counts his money, never hurts to be prepared. Finally, I'm off in to the world, he thought. He calls growlithe back to its pokeball to make sure it's rested if there is a fight ahead. While walking Varen ponders what kind of pokemon he would see on his journey. He remembering seeing a show on television where a nidoqueen fought a primape. The fight had been pretty intense. Nidoqueen had been very versatile with loads of different moves, maybe if he was lucky he'd find a female nidoran. Still the primape held his on in the fight. Finding a monkey wouldn't be bad either.

Hmm... A trainer fighting a wild pokemon, he mused as he saw the battle , I wonder if she manages to catch it. Varen, not wanting to interrupt, left them too it. Thinking he might as well move on, keeping his eyes open for any interesting pokemon on his way that he could catch. Might even be worth it just for the fight so that growlithe can gain some experience.

Spotting the Pidgey by the tree Jackson looks down at Scarlet with a smile and says. " Lets get it girl."
Scarlet gives a little woof is response then leaps in front of the Pidgey. " Scarlet use tackle " Scarlet starts off sprinting bouncing from left to right as she goes making herself a harder target to hit, lining up her shot She takes a quick leap right at Pidgey. Jackson has a look of hope on his face while thinking " Please let this work out easily I really want a flying type ".

Okay, Tsubaki hasn't seen any hentai in her life, and she still knows where this is going. Tangela, vine-wrap, that horny look in its eyes...yeah. Not good. Problem is, jumping out of the tree to avoid it would just have Team Magma surrounding and capturing her. Dammit girl, think! How are you getting out of this one?!

Wait a second...that Tangela's a wild Pokemon...meaning it probably doesn't know much about Trainer-Pokemon relationships...maybe...

Deciding it's the best chance she has right now, Tsubaki holds Nobi in her arms all cuddle-like, trying to bluff the Tangela into thinking he's her "mate." Yes, Nobi and her are closer to a "mother-son" duo than anything else, but with any luck, the wild personification of anime fantasies will see the gesture, and search for its own mate elsewhere. If not...well...she can always throw the Tangela into the Team Magma squad, and hopefully buy enough time to make a break for it...but that'd be a last-ditch effort, and nothing more.

“Ummm… I think we’ll take the path” Lisa says pointing towards the long patches of grass. She realizes that she is still in her servant clothes and blushes a bit. “I’ve haven’t been out of the town for quite a while.” She says to Lorux and begins to move faster in anticipation of what she’ll see along the path to the safehouse. “How far away is it again?” she asks as she turns around walking back ward not looking where she is walking.

Dax was glad to see how happy Miyu was with her new friend and Dusky too. She needed a friend to keep her company and keep her from getting too bossy with him! Though he was sure in time they would both boss him around just as much. He gave a sigh as he laughed to himself and smiled at the thought. It was kind of cute. Though as he waited for the Baltoy to answer he was alittle miffed by how cautious she was. It wasn't enough that she could sense all his emotions and rip through his memories? Apperently not. He let it go though and instead said,"Well Chrys... its nice to formally meet you. Little Trapinch I hope you get to know me better too. I hate seeing you so scared. Pokémon shouldn't be scared of people who only want to wrap em up in a big hug full of love!" He said with a smile. Then he heard Chrys' about the Pokémon league. He was alittle mad about that one and didn't let it go," Do you seriously believe I abuse Dusky? That I would do anything that she wouldn't want to do? She is my partner. Not a pet not an animal. There are some very awful people in the world but that doesn't mean that all trainers are horrible people. I respect your decision not to battle but don't lay a blanket of distrust over us all." He says seriously. Dusky looked up at him with admiration and she looked to Miyu happily to say,"Isn't he sweet?"

On Route 101:

Claire
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Considering the fact that you ran to the PokeBall before you gave your command, it’s almost too late when you it reaches Mudkip. As a result, when she goes to dodge, she doesn’t fully make it, getting clipped by the charging Pidgey before moving into her counter-attack. A move obvious to the Pidgey, so it jumps back to avoid the attack and counters your counter. Mudkip jumps out of the way to avoid that one, still following your command and slamming into the Pidgey. The wild Pokemon still stands strong, but has signs of weakening in it at this point.

Samantha
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Shadow gives a small affirmative bark at your words, though he looks more interested in an obviously female Poochyena staring him down with the most sultry eyes you’ve ever seen on a Pokemon. She must be in heat or something to so obviously be putting the moves on your Pokemon, though he must be a bit riled up himself to be responding to it in even that capacity. The only reason he isn’t plowing her now is because he doesn’t know how you’d react.

Varen
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

On your way, so you see many different Poochyena and Wurmple gathered around, watching the fight with rapt attention, though there are a few Zigzagoon in the area and an almost paltry amount of Pidgey and Rattata. There’s another Trainer who looks like he’s about to get into a battle with one of the few Pidgey you see and another one who is just watching the battle between the Mudkip and the Pidgey unfold. There’s a whole plethora of Pokemon for you to pick from.

Jackson
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Starting when it sees Scarlet jump in front of it, the Pidgey quickly regains its head when she starts bounding towards it. It has an analytical look in its eye as your Pokemon approaches it and you get the idea that it can see what she’s doing. Unfortunately, its reflexes don’t quite catch up with its eyes and it’s a bit slow to dodge. Scarlet’s attack misses for the most part, but the Pidgey gets clipped hard, shaking its head almost as if in admonishment of itself. If you had to guess, you’d say it was too busy analyzing to actually do something, a mistake you doubt it’ll make again. It isn’t too terribly affected by the battle just yet, but you can see it’s trying to psyche itself back up after a bad start.

In Petalburg:

Tsubaki
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

The Tangela sees that the two of you are obviously close to each other… and decides it doesn’t give a rat’s ass about it. It’s horny and it wants relief, damned be the cost! It starts trying to coil it’s vines around the both of you, a few tines under it parting to reveal that the wild Pokemon is a girl. Or would she technically be a hermaphrodite? Well, that’s unimportant. What is is that it obviously wants a piece of BOTH of you now and that the gesture has kind of backfired. Time to employ the last resort?

Madison
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Norman has a small smile on his face as you explain you came to get into the Hoenn League. To him, it’s like you traveled for the purpose of getting stronger, a goal he most definitely approves of. “I won’t give you specifics since that’d be a bit like cheating, but I can tell you how it works overall. There are 8 Gyms, as you probably already know. Each of those Gyms has a badge that will offer benefits to your Pokemon and allow you to challenge the next Gym. We have an order set up so that the weaker or the Gym Leaders tackle the newest Trainers and things escalate from there. The first Gym you want to find is in Rustboro with Roxanne. She’ll show you the way from there. By the way, I’m the 5th Leader, so you’ll need 4 Badges before I’ll let you challenge me.” Then he addresses the point that he most obviously avoided: Officers. With a sigh, he says, “Over the years they’ve gotten back together, Team Magma and Team Aqua have been getting very good about knowing what pressure to apply where and what money to put where. As a result, Officers are spread thin, trying to combat as much of them as possible and some have been corrupted enough to even look the other way.” Sounds like this place isn’t in the best of conditions right now.

On Route 117:

Elly
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

“You don’t necessarily need a boat to get to Mossdeep. There’s a Ferry that moves between Mossdeep, Lilycove, Slateport, Dewford, and Petalburg, so you can catch that.” Marin says. “And while I say ‘boss’, I actually mean ‘bosses’. You can talk to either Lorux or Madeline Withers in Mauville to get the ball rolling. Good luck!” she gives you an encouraging smile as she finishes and the man behind her stays suspiciously quiet given what you’ve seen of him before. Maybe that face of evil Marin gave earlier is still at play. Anyway, unless you wish to converse a bit more with them, nothing more to do here.

On Route 110:

Lisa
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Lorux nods his head and smiles. “Alright. A bit of the grand outdoors should be good for you anyway.” He says as he follows you down the path, though at a bit more of a sedate pace than you. Seems he really relaxes in nature, huge problem on his shoulders or not. “We keep it in a bit of hollowed out forest near Slateport. Really, if you’re not looking you’d miss… WATCH OUT!” he cries out just as you trip over a Pokemon while you’re not paying attention.

“Minun!” You hear the Pokemon cry out angrily, picking itself back up after being trampled underfoot by you. Its cheeks are sparking in its anger, though that seems to be in an attempt to scare you as well since it doesn’t look too much stronger than Ditto. Lorux looks on cautiously to get a feel for how you want to handle this situation.

In Mauville City:

Steve and Duo
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

Trapinch only retreats further behind Chrys at Steve’s words, her distrust of Trainers shining clear. It’s almost like she isn’t paying attention to his words, just the fact that he’s speaking to her. That’ll need some work… After your tirade, Chrys’ expression takes on something between anger like yours and the smallest bit of tolerance.

“When did I claim ALL Trainers were of that sort?” She says in an icy tone of voice. “I said SO MANY, nowhere near ALL, is it? If I felt you all were of the same sort, I would have Psychic’d your minds into little more than paste the instant you came into my view and left you nothing but a babbling vegetable incapable of harming any more Pokemon. Obviously, as I haven’t and am even deeming to travel alongside you, I do not apply that label to you. Don’t give me reason to do so.” Miyu doesn’t seem to have responded well to Steve calling out the closest thing to a mother she has either, almost in combat pose glaring him, daring him to say or do anything more. “Stand down, Miyu. It is righteous anger he holds, not the idiotic sort. If I felt it was a problem, I would’ve dealt with it.” At her words, Miyu relaxes, though still doesn’t look too happy with Steve.

Almost as if to break up the mood, Alexis announces, “We’re here!” as all of you arrive in Mauville.

Image

“Oh cool, the Withers’ still live here.” she says, pointing out the mansion a bit south of the PokeMart where obvious many trees were cleared to make it. Also in town are the Gym, a PokeCenter, a Bike Shop, the Game Center, and a few houses. “I dunno about you guys, I’mma see about gettin’ a bike. My old one got trashed by the Underground League.”

On Route 120:

Elixia
Spoiler (click to show/hide):

In response to your sweep, the Blaziken uses Low Kick, restraining itself enough not to just break your leg, to neutralize the attack. It doesn’t seem to have permission to actively attack you, given all the opportunities it’s had to knock you out. The power it has really should give one pause before considering trying to fight a Fighting Pokemon since it is unlikely you’ll be able to beat it in skill or power. Remember that you are in a forest, surrounded by trees as well. On the edge of your hearing, you hear a muffled curse. Maybe there’s another reason the Blaziken doesn’t leave its post?

Lisa screams a bit as she falls backward landing on her butt. She notices that she might have hurt Minun. She immediately gets up and begins checking it for wounds. “Oh my god! Are you hurt?!” she says as she makes small circles around Minun. She then realizes that its cheeks are sparking and that she might get shocked. “I’m so sorry, I didn’t see you. Please forgive me.” She says as she bows in apology to it.

Ditto realizes her master’s mistake and begins translating what Lisa says into pokemon language. The only thing Lorux is able to hear is “Ditto, ditto, dit- ditto.”

Lisa takes out the first aid kit she usually leaves in her bag and begins to treat Minun for any wounds that it might have gotten from her ignorance despite the fact that she might get a big electrical shock from Minun.

"Thank you very much. For Ruby and for the help." Elly smiled, and gave a small bow of appreciation. She ushered Ruby and Fang along with her, exiting the Day Care. She was excited about her new friend and a new goal added to her adventure. Brimming with excitement, Elly rushed over as fast as she could to Mauville, passing the famous Gym as if it were nothing, Elly searched with curiosity, often detouring to explore the city that she didn't get a chance to on her last trip here. She talked with the citizens, asking them questions about 'Lorux and Madeline', asking where to find them, seemingly uncaring of her previous situation with a 'stranger'. Fang was just as curious about Ruby as well as exploring Mauville.

“Please! Pretty please?” the two of them say, not an ounce of shame between them. It seems they aren’t giving up all that easily and who knows? This may end pretty well for you.

The two girls don't seem to want to introduce themselves, Raphael notes, and a corner of his mind idly marks that down as 'curious'. Then it meets the corner that was already wondering about their uniform, puts two and two together, and discovers that 'four' is apparently now spelled 'DANGER!'. He had seen that uniform before: on the news back home in Johto, during a report on a break-in at Devon Corp.

*Team Aqua. Shit.*

That's not a pleasant revelation, but experience hard-won on the playground at seven limits his reaction to a slight widening of his eyes. Team Aqua probably aren't going to steal his lunch money, true, but the principle is the same: don't let them see that you're nervous. There is never a time when looking nervous is useful.

"Build you one?" He pauses to think for a while, mind racing.

*Ok, they're Aqua members, but this doesn't really seem like a prepared hold-up. A couple of grunts who just thought I looked interesting, maybe? There's no way I can duplicate this for them - not sure whether I'd want to do that for Team Aqua even if I could - but I can probably hack the output on a PokeNav fairly easily, and just display the screen image on the eyepiece. I hope...*

He looks at the pair in front of him, and shrugs. "I don't have many tools with me, and I don't have anything to make it from. If you've got anything for me to work with, though, I suppose I could try something."

Steve instantly felt bad about about his outburst... that wasn't the way to get these lovely sentients to trust him... Trapinch was still absolutely frightened of him and he hated it. He hated the situation. He hated it all. He saw Miyu almost strike at him and Dusky did nothing. She knew better. She instead laid a tail on her shoulder,"Poh." She said reassuringly and with Chrys' assurance she stopped. He realized he had spoken out of turn and his demeanor went from fiery and anger went to a slump almost. He was ashamed. How could he... "I... you never did. I could say things back but it won't help anyone. I'm sorry Chrys. I get so fired up sometimes... please forgive me. Thanks for not turning me into goo." He said sincerely. He then knelt in front of Miyu,"I didn't mean to yell at Chrys. She means well. I know. She took good care of you. I know I won't do as good a job as her but can I have a chance?" He asked with a smile. He wanted to make this better for her. He was relieved when Alexis called out about Petalburg City,"Well... what do you say Miyu? want to go see the town? You can stay close and no one will bother you." He said reassuringly. He knew she would be scared of all the people and he needed to keep her close.

Elixia would sit calmly before the blaziken, her legs crossed as she closed her eyes. She then calmly asked, "What would it take for you to let me across the finish line. There is another lying in wait to exploit when I have fully tied up your attention. So I wonder how I may reward you later, for letting me pass now." She said calmly and waited for an answer.

Somehow this suddenly felt like home with two teams running around but this time both were co-operating with one another. Sounded a lot like Cipher before they were beaten down twice and rather convincingly. "Which means that the League would have to pitch in I imagine to make up for it." He wouldn't think that the Gym Leaders were hiding of course nor was the league going to sit back and permit the Teams to run amuck. "Might I have a look at the news for this region? Newspaper, reports and the like? If things are as bad as you claim, then I'd want to know all I can to protect my Pokémon" He thought for a moment then quickly added leaving nothing to chance. "Oh and of course I'm going to have to add to the team and train up for this journey and the dangers so I'm going to need to know where I can find other Pokémon." Tall grass was naturally the best place but he would need to know the routes and so forth to make sure he didn't get in over his head. Regardless he was going to face these Gym Leaders and he was going to get stronger. Him and Eevee needed to be if this was what was going to be an obstacle for them to overcome.

I'll be fine." she says. She turns her attention back to the battle. "A few more tackles, and I'll throw the pokeball again..." she says.

Samantha cooly looks back at the trainer, having seen that while her Mudkip managed to land a hit, it hadn't exactly gone as planned. However, it is the trainers battle, so she decides to simply stand by and watch. But...

On Route 101:

The only reason he isn’t plowing her now is because he doesn’t know how you’d react.

...She notices that a nearby Poochyena seems to be eyeing Shadow, and not in the 'I want to fight you' sort of way. If those eyes were human, Samantha would have said that the Poochyena was begging to get screwed. She sees that Shadow's attention is on the Poochyena, and that he even seems to be getting excited, his red dick pushing out to its full length. The sight of his member brings back the memory of the feelings it gave her, of it thrusting in hard and fast...

Her face flushes in excitement and she feels the stirring of arousal growing down in her lower lips, but she doesn't focus much on this as she squats down next to Shadow, a coy smile flashing onto its face as one hand moves to pet his head while another goes lower...

"Now now Shadow, I'm the only one you can have fun with. You did have fun with me, right?" She speaks to him softly, giving the Poochyena a look that says 'he's mine, and no one elses's.'
