(You’re a traveler, so it’d make sense for you to carry a bit of cash on ya. I’ll say you’ve got 2000 PokeYen to start off with)
Shadow gives a nod and a small bark in acknowledgement of your commands and, with the way his tail is wagging behind him, he has no problem at all with staying close to you. Down at the front desk, the receptionist in charge seems to be spacing out before you make your presence known and even then, she still has a hazy look about her and she’s breathing unevenly in what you recognize to be arousal.
“You… your room wa- ah! Was paid for… muf! By the couple that left… Oh for Arceus’ sake! Give it a rest, Combusken! We have a guest!” she snaps. You can probably guess what the Combusken was doing that was keeping her distracted under the desk. Composing herself as best she can for someone who got caught being eaten out under the table, she says, “The guests that left before you already paid for the room. Have a good day, miss.” she says with a bow. Under her breath you can hear her say, “You’re SO paying for this later.” to her Pokemon.

Pumped and ready for action, you head into Route 101. Further along the Route, you see a girl in the heat of battle with a Wurmple using her Mudkip. It has strings attached to it, so maybe it was hit with a String Shot? Either way, the battle looks like it could go either way right now. That isn’t really your problem though at the moment as a particularly spunky Rattata. Wait, a Rattata? Those aren’t usually on this Route… or this continent. Maybe someone brought one in and released it? Anyway, there are now Rattata on this Route. How are you gonna tackle this?

The shopkeeper has a moment of drooling when she catches how cut your body is, but she wipes it away, looking like she hoped you didn’t notice. Originally it looked like she was going to object to you removing your shirt, but that concern has been swept away. Instead , she climbs on the table with you- the thing being solid oak, heavy as fuck, and damn near unbreakable by weight alone unless you either had an orgy on the thing or dropped a Pokemon on it- and goes to work. You can tell she’s inexperienced at this, but she gives it her best effort, mimicking things she’s seen on TV and such to some effect. It’s not sensual in the slightest, but it does do something to alleviate stress, if only because a young woman’s laying hands on you. She goes along like this, her awkwardness slowly fading and the massage getting better for it.

The shop keeper takes your purchases, rings them up, then, once you’ve paid, hands them back to you. Seems the shop has a problem with people dashing off with goods. Still, they could run before they came up to the desk, so there MUST be an anti-theft measure somewhere else in the store. Well, that doesn’t apply to you, so oh well. Your purchases done, you make to leave when you hear a loud bang RIGHT outside the Mart and go blind. Must’ve been a flashbang! You hear Nobi briefly yelp, so he must’ve gotten at least a piece of it.
“There she is! Get her!” you hear someone shout. You can also hear people rushing your way, only to be pulled back into the shop.
“Miss, just hide behind the counter until you get your sight back.” the shopkeeper whispers in your ear. Then you hear her shout out, “Just what do you want with this poor girl, huh?” as abrasively as possible. World’s different than the kindly lady you just spoke to.
“We ain’t in the business of discussing experiments with future sex slaves.” Experiment?

It’s a late start in the day, but it’s time to get started on your Pokemon journey, satisfying that endless curiosity your parents shunned you for. Your first goal is to catch a Grimer and a Skarmory, leading you to the Route 113 and Fiery Path area. The quickest way to do that is to take Route 117 out of this Town and head to Mauville, then head up Route 111 into Route 112 which will lead into the Fiery Path. A long journey to be sure, but one you want to make. For that, you need supplies. Luckily for you, it’s trendy right now to give supplies to new trainers. A lot of people have gathered at the Contest Hall to do just that. Maybe check it out?

Aly looks around hopelessly and then looks back to you with a sheepish smile before writing,
“I don’t have a wig or anything like that on me right now. Unless you want to go back into town, the only thing I can really do is cut it off. It’s too dark for me to dye or anything.”
She scratches the back of her head and writes,
“Maybe suggesting the hair change was a bad idea until I had a way of making it happen…”
