You are correct, that is indeed Farah. She is from "The Legend of Queen Opala" games made by SweGabe. As for who the original artist is that I am not sure of, you would have to ask Gabe herself.

I don't know, I barely remember that Bird0 told me only front and back poses, but I can't swear it.

The explorer is expected to have trouble with the rope in the horny pose and end upside down, showing her boobs.
