BOTTOM-ROW Body Perk (-1 Char. Pt.)
BOTTOM-ROW Intelligence Perk (-1 Char. Pt.)
LEFT-SIDE Body perk (-2 Char. Pt.)
**This will allow you to end up with -1 Character points in the end, but have 4 starting perks.
Choose whatever clothing.
Then I chose Curious Personality, wanted to be Teacher role. Not sure if they impact anything other than Kris.
GAME START: (note: I slept randomly, but I'll indicate when I did with "&"s)
-seduce uncle, look at jewels on Aunt's house 2nd floor. Talk to him, go to double bed on 2nd floor, take off panties and KEEP them. Talk to Uncle. Move next to bed again. Repeat one more time. Then go to Shower room. Talk to Uncle to let him know you're showering. Then I had her play with herself twice in Shower room, and then let Uncle in on 3rd time. Grats, you go the Pearl Necklace (Hurr hurr she got more than one pearl necklaces)

-go to school, AVOID TALKING TO PRINCIPAL, seduce kris by saying "Yes" immediately to him when he's stammering around you. Might take two tries to get him to ask you?
**DON'T invite Kris indoors after the date, go to his house instead and get to be his flatmate
**** OR DO? You get a unique BUTT RAEP scene with Uncle. IFAIK I haven't seen that animation used anywhere else...

-do jogging (once a day? not thoroughly tested.)
**Avoid Jogging before talking to Kris, Old Man might affect stats so you can't seduce Kris, but not sure.
-get old man card by seducing him.
Random note from the Game Creator:
*Better take the skill mod bj and fuckwithout clothes if you want to advance to mission 3 in whore plot.I think by taking these skills, you get to do new scenes?

I personally got the ClothesFuck skill first, then BJ, then ALCHEMY WHORE-ARTS. Last one was for fun
-do principal (available due to uncle trigger)
-do school boys x3, &x2 in between x3 boy seductions
-seduce principal again, and then ask for favor
**BUY BODY RECOVERY ITEM (Meat/MakeupKit), use it. (OR just go &?, didn't test this.)
-do school 2ndfloor orgy

-do modeling (One a day, I think? Limit by Confidence#)
-Go back to modeling leader, woman in top right corner, and ask for more jobs? (Whore Rep requirement here, but there's Infinite WHORE REP in jail, you can do this after Jail instructions below.)
[Note: They asked to get jewelry from the Uncle. The game didn't let me progress after that.]-streak outside
-talk to val in jail
-put on a show xINFINITY (FREE WHORE REP YAYYYYYYY)
-seduce warden, ask for favor, get gangbanged
-go to hotel, peep on Val, join her work (Quest not made)
